I contacted this company using the phone number provided on Angie's List. I was looking forward to using a family owned company that advertised the services I was specifically looking for (replacing lighting fixtures.) I placed the phone call in the early afternoon. After several rings it was answered by a man (did not identify himself). I told him my name, how I had found the company, the services I required, and asked if I could get an estimate. He stated that yes, they did perform those services and yes, I could get a quote. BUT, then he asked me if I could do HIM a favor. (????) He said he was busy at that moment and could I call HIM back in 30 minutes. (???) OK...... He also asked if the number I was calling from was the best number to reach me. I took this to mean he had caller ID and I told him it was. (He did not ask for the number.) He said that if I did not return his call, he would call me back. 36 minutes later (yes, I kept track) I called back. This time I got voicemail. Needless to say, I did not feel particularly inclined to leave a message. After all, I was doing HIM a favor. What had he done for me? And no, he never called me back.

They were professional, polite and prompt. I will use them for other electrical needs in the future.
