Anthony was prompt and friendly responding to the request for a quote, was on-time for both estimate and work, and did a great job. The estimate was 60% of the next lowest estimate, and he had completed the work before the other contractor could schedule a visit to confirm their bid. Highly recommended!

In and out with no problem.

One of my downspouts just detached itself and fell off of the horizontal gutter. Anthony had some good reviews and was based in my neighborhood. I gave him a call at 9:15 one morning (he was already at work out in the field), told him about my problem, and he said, I can get to you during lunchtime. Really? OK. When he arrived, he looked at my downspout, the gutter up above, and said, No problem, I will have it back up in 15 minutes. And he did. He also showed me how the rest of that stretch of gutter had no attachment straps. He said, I have another job just a few blocks away. Let me go get some straps and I will be right back. He was, and finished the job. He charged me a very reasonable amount. When I looked at his business card, it told all the services he offered, including general handyman work. You better believe I will be calling him as soon as I need some work that I cannot handle.

Not only did he address the immediate situation, but he did not push everything that needs attention onto me making me feel overwhelmed. He waited until I asked about each issue and took an extremely patient and educational approach to explaining the logistics behind what I would want to consider when getting things fixed and straightened out. His customer service far exceeded EVERYTHING I have experienced in the past 10 years. I was very pleasantly surprised and set at ease ready for tonightâ s rains. Thank you for the suggestion. I took is business card for future projects. Anthony was also open to helping me identify approximations for future jobs needing attention so I can work towards saving for them. Of course, I understand these estimates can change with time. Overall, his timely attention to reaching out to the request was less than half an hour and he was at the house within an hour. I could not have asked for anything better. EXTRA BONUS, while sharing with him the problem with the gutter/downspout, we noticed the back tire of my van was flat. While he was attending to the down spout he had is mini generator filling my tire with air!!! NOW THAT was an amazing extra effort in customer service. His integrity and first impression was a refreshing experience. This was a quick visit, I hope to have him out to attend to more of our gutter needs. I will re post after that visit.
