+ -1 moreI'd say he's excellent. I would recommend him. His price was what he said it was going to be. It was never outrageous or anything. He always gets the job done. When I called him, he was there within half an hour. He was always on time. If he says he's going to be there, in a certain time, he's there. He shows up, he doesn't make a mess, he takes care of business, and he's respectful to my tenants.
Description of Work: We used Tri Star Heating & Cooling for about two or three years. I'm the maintenance man for an apartment complex so I used him as my service technician.
