RADON DETECTION SPECIALISTS

The buyer of our home contracted with this company for a radon test prior to closing. The original test results were high, so we had radon mitigation performed by another company (ARMS). We then hired Radon Detection Specialists to re-test our home and learned the radon levels were greatly reduced (o.8 pCi/L). This company was extremely professional and courteous. They explained what to expect and urged us to keep the house closed to other workers during the testing. I would highly recommend this company to our neighbors.

They came in on time and performed the test. Received the results exactly when they said they were going to deliver them (a couple of days later). We did not have any issues, but I would have felt confident to take their recommendations if needed based upon my conversations with the technician. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience. We didn't work with them directly on the first test (that went through our Realtor) but we did work directly with them on the re-test. They were great on the phone and patiently explained the procedure. We had a very specific time we needed them to come and set up the equipment and they were able to accommodate our schedule needs. They delivered the results to us promptly and in a manner that was easy to read and understand. The discount on the second test was nice, too. All around a great experience. We'll re-hire them when we do a check-up test in two years.
