I was working with another contractor to repair my damaged leaking roof for months, finally with the weather turning to snow, I contacted Gemini, they came out the same day and started the repairs the next day. They removed the snow off the roof so they could finish the job. They kept me well informed of what to expect as the project was only halted for the new year's holiday and one day of bad weather. I underwent knee surgery the day after I started my project, I was contacted by them to see how everything went with my surgery. They even salted my sidewalk and helped me place some large items I had in my garage in the dumpster so I would not have to do it with my knee. They where kind, courteous, professional and efficient, I would use them again without hesitation.

We had a leak in the flat roof on our home. We ended up getting quotes from 6 different roofers. Mike at Gemini was the only one to take the time to explain exactly what the problem was and the steps they would take to fix it. Since I cannot get up on the roof myself I was kind of stuck having someone else do it and they came out right away and completed the work which was great but I felt $1,000 for an hours work was pretty pricey.

Mike called back right away and came to my house with a reasonable bid within an hour. UltimAtely, my roof will ave to be repacked in the next few years, but he suggested some minor repairs to help keep the roof secure and dry For a while longer. I was expecting the hard sell for a new roof. Wii definitely use them for full roof replacement when the time comes.

A huge tree fell on our roof and I did not know what to do. I went on Homeadvisor and within a min or two Mike himself contacted me.
