The extra services that were being charged for the season to maintain weed beds for $500 and trim bushes for $450, was not done at all. We had to hire another group to weed the flower beds of which Fox Landscaping provided a $160 credit. So we are still out $340 for that service. As for the bushes being trimmed, the owner told my wife that she had to do it herself. We inquired why we are paying to have the bushes trimmed, the owner said that we have to tell them when you do it, even though we have asked for it to be done and were paying for it. As for the weed beds and trimming, the employees of this company have no idea what needs to be done except for mow and blow. People that are in our neighborhood that use this landscaper are having the same problems. Another issue that occurred, one of the employees of Fox Landscaping stole my wife's iphone from our front porch. After calling the phone for three days he finally answered and returned the phone locked. We had to go to the ATand T store to get it unlocked. When the employees show up to mow and blow we have to make sure that nothing is left outside and the garage doors are closed and the house is locked, not a comfortable feeling. We told the owner what happened and he said that he had a meeting to discuss this issue with his crews. No disciplinary action was taken.

They were reliable and were prompt. They were friendly and they cleaned up afterwards.

He has a great crew that works for him; they've been responsive and friendly. He's a great manager and if there are any issues, he's very responsive and he's also great with communication.
