Since 1979, our small family-owned business has been committed to providing customers with the best possible HVAC experience. We provide in-home service for residential furnaces, air conditioning systems, boilers, whole-house humidifiers, and air cleaners. Lennox products available for installation. Emergency on-call services available daily until 9 PM. (NOTE: DIY parts no longer available, effective September 1, 2018.)

In December, the pilot light in the furnace decided to turn off and refused to stay lit. I called EconoTemp, a company I have used for many years that has kept my 35+ year old furnace working, and scheduled an appointment for repair. Jason was there at the appointed time, corrected the problem, and again, as we had discussed in the past, suggested and left materials for a new furnace. I decided to purchase a new furnace when Jason pointed out that this furnace would be 80%+ more efficient compared to my old furnace which was maybe 50-60% efficient. I gave them a call and arrangements were made for the new furnace to be installed within a week of my call and just before Christmas. Jason arrived as scheduled, removed the old furnace off the property, not just to the curb, and installed the new furnace which was easily half the size of the old one. There was no hurry to the installation, it was done slowly and responsibly, as Jason installed all new ductwork to accommodate the new furnace. He then neatly and cleanly replaced the old thermostat with a new digital non-programmable thermostat. When finished, I was amazed as to how quiet the new furnace was and that the house seemed to warm more quickly. Very happy with the new furnace, the installation, and EconoTemp for their prompt customer service.
