Description of Work: We called the owner, on recommendation from Angie's list, to fix our soffit and fascia where a squirrel had made a hole and nest. He examined the damage, gave us a quote, and recommended a trapper to rid us of the squirrel before fixing the hole. He's responsive, punctual, professional, and uses his business partners to make sure the job is done correctly. We'll be calling him again!!!

Cleaned up area when work was complete. Pricing was fair when compaired to other quotes. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

+ -1 moreHe came out on a Sunday and I was pleased. He was on-time and cleaned up well after himself. He also replaced a piece of a downspout at no charge. The roof has not leaked since.
Description of Work: He patched my roof because some shingles had blown off and a bird had made a nest under one shingle which had blown into the gutter and he cleaned that up as well.

+ -1 moreSkip returned my initial call within 24 hrs and was able to meet me on a Saturday to estimate the job. He showed up when he said he would and provided me with a written estimate as well as a 30 yr warranty on material and labor. Small job, so Skip said he would squeeze it in between larger jobs. Showed up the following Monday, completed the work, and left absolutely no traces of the fact they were there. I was really impressed with the process. The shingles match those on the house roof, and I have had no leaks since work was completed.
Description of Work: Re-shingled detached two-car garage.
