ADJUST AIR HEATING & COOLING

I have used this Adjust Air for 8 years and have been very satisfied with their work. The owner is knowledgeable, reliable, and makes suggestions to keep heating and cooling units functioning properly and efficiently. Pricing is fair and response to my inquires is prompt. The owner is considerate of my time and has a friendly attitude toward his customers.

Prompt, professional, reasonable and willing to take time to answer questions a few days after the service call. Excellent reputation among builders as well. Friendly, helpful attitude. Would hire again for any A/C or heating job, large or small.

I have used Ken several times and he always does a great job. His pricing is very fair and I feel he looks out for my best interest.

After listening to my story, and a quick check to be sure that the systems all seemed to be working, Ken checked the freon level in the system. Less than half (but I couldn't remember the last time it had been filled). He suggested that it was probably a slow leak - and suggested that we would need to refill the Freon system, and optionally add dye and/or sealant, depending on how quickly the Freon leaked out. He did the Freon and dye the first day, then came back the second day to recheck the pressure and look for leaks (none found). He also noticed that the blower drive belt was cracked and loose. He came back the third day to recheck the pressure, adding the sealant, (+$105) at my request) and replaced the belt. Only charged for one service call (he lives nearby). Air conditioning is functioning fine now, as is the 35 year old furnace. We discussed installing a new system in the fall, which will probably happen.
