They were terrific. They did a good job. They were very accommodating. I ended up having to reschedule with them right before the purchase was to expire and they were very accommodating on that end. They went out of their way to provide me with a great experience.

Andrew arrived as scheduled, explained the process, and started connecting the equiptment. The cleaning was very thorough, and professional. He explained the drying time and procedure for when I could replace items I had removed.

The service was good. The employees were very business like and they were on time. I did use someone else a couple of months later as I felt they could have done a better job. I probably would not call them again.

Everything went very well. They showed up on time (which seems to be a problem for others) and were very professional. We will use them again.

I called the day I needed my carpet cleaned and they were able to be at my house at 2:00, they were ontime, did a great job and he was quick and professional. I will be using them to clean my carpets when I move out of this house into another house. Great job!!

I normally clean my own carpets fairly frequently with my own machine, so most of my carpets were pretty clean already except the stairs. I broke the attachment for the stairs and am tired of moving furniture, which I normally do once a year to clean carpets. So, I purchased a "deal" from Angie's list for this vendor, who someone had recommended to me before. I know there is a problem when a service person comes in and starts telling me everything he cannot or does not do. You don't move ANY furniture? You clean around everything? $300 extra to clean a couch? No thanks. The upholstered chairs were more reasonable, but still $65 per chair. Yes, I know the carpet on the stairs is soiled, that is why I hired you. My son and I hustled to move the smaller furniture items. The carpets were very wet when he left, so I took out a large beige towel to try to dry rub the stairs a bit and big fans for the rooms. That beige towel is filthy and stinks too - so much so cleaning my stairs. Cannot say that the carpets look any better for the experience. The only positive part of the experience is that he was on time and polite. I could call and complain, but honestly, I have a busy life and don't want them back.

The technician was friendly, hard working, and very knowledgeable, especially about the wool carpet. The tech had a passion for what he does, that was clear in his detailed explanation and desire to do thorough work. In addition, the service gave me a 20% discount and came on the first day I requested service. Very professional, very polished, and I was very happy with the results.

I had to move some of the furniture and there were some of the bigger pieces like the couches and stuff that they moved and there were some pieces that did not get moved at all like the big entertainment center. They just worked around that. There was one room where I had little hope and they did the best they could. I was pleased with the overall service. My expectations were low. But it looks a lot better now. I thought they were very generous in their definitions of the five rooms like I have some pretty big sized rooms. I think it is the number of rooms and the total sq ft, I think that is how it works. One of the rooms is in the basement and it is a big room and I thought they were very generous and I thought that put them a little bit above and beyond. He kept saying that he could do more for that price. The only thing they charged me extra was for the stairs which was outside the scope of the Big Deal. But I did not feel that was unfair or inappropriate. They also cleaned up and were very professional.

The carpeting was very abused from the previous renters. These guys came out the day I called and did the best they (or anyone) could do. They used all their weapons on the nasty stains and now I think I can get another rental cycle out of the carpeting now.

Professional - good service- would use again

Overall, everything went well. The man arrived about 15minutes late but that was not a problem for me. He began work immediately and worked for about an hour to and hour an a half until all rooms were done. The service person was respectful and did a good job even going over bad spots twice when I asked him to. I was pleased with the result and will definitely call again.

This was such an easy, pleasant experience. Upon calling the owner promptly scheduled my cleaning, explained what to expect and the service person's name. The service person showed up on time, completed the work in under an hour and our carpets look beautiful. I couldn't believe how easy it was after my experience with a different company last time we had our carpets cleaned. Last time i paid over $300 for cleaning, this service was on special for $134! That's a deal!

I had additional steps and there was another fee. This was clear with the purchase of the Big Deal and there were no surprises. I was very happy with the work. The kid was really sweet. I have absolutely no complaints.

Great company - we have called on them before. They get the carpet so clean, even ridding it of dog urine, and are very honest and conscientious in working with chemically sensitive customers. They do a great job every time. Very nice people, too.

I used this company after purchasing the Angies Big Deal. Sharron called promptly to find out what was needed and to quote a price. I needed extra stairs cleaned which was not included in the Big Deal. I believe the guy who came was Erik. He is very friendly and personable. He was alone but we weren't needing furniture moved. He walked around to estimate the areas I needed cleaned were were within the measurements included in the Big Deal. He also discussed an add'l areas from pets than may need extra cleaning or scotchguard. He was not pushy with any extra add-ons. If he came across an area where the color was off on the carpet, he pointed it out. A few of the spots were places I caused it to be faded due to using various carpet cleaners from the store. He got to work quickly and worked efficiently. The end result was clean and fresh smelling carpets that dried suprisingly fast. Lots of pet hair was picked up even though I had vaccumed prior to his arrival. It is amazing what the equipment picks up. The only suggestion I have (and I will bring it up next time I use them) is I wish more attention was placed on the carpet edges. I have very light cream carpet and it seems that the edges by the baseboards are almost a grayish/black from dirt. The carpet edges still looked like that after he left and was probably even more pronounced because the rest of the carpet was even cleaner now. But Eric was easy to work with and next time I will just ask for more attention to those areas.

Contractor came to owner house instead of rental but quickly went over to right place . He did good work .
