A DAY AND NIGHT CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Nice guy but very poor job. Left spots in several rooms that I was able to clean with my own spot remover! They said they would return to redo the steps. We made an appointment and they did not turn up to do the job. I will never use this firm again.

They arrived within the window as promised and both men put booties on over their shoes before coming into my house. My carpet was in the basement and I had my stairway including stair steps painted a couple of days before and asked them to be careful when they took their equipment up and down the stairs. I showed them areas I wanted them to pay attention to (pet stains from a recent foster dog) which they did. My carpet looks like new! There was no odor from the cleaners and all of the stains I asked them to address were taken care of. That being said my carpet was treated with Scotch Guard which they said helped with the cleaning process. They were very careful on my stairway as requested and even wiped each stair step to remove anything tracked in from outside. Overall I thought they did a great job and would recommend them.

She was polite when I spoke to her on the phone. The deal didn't include the stairs. They wanted to charge $3.00 per stair. I have 30 stairs. So, I am getting a refund.

He showed up on time and did a wonderful job. I had some stains that I though he would not be able to get out but he did !! I am very happy and would definitely hire him again

My first appointment was scheduled for April 22 for 9 - 11:30. The cleaner arrived about 10:10. He asked me to sign the receipt before any work had had been done. He also informed me that an additional 15$ fuel charge had to be paid. By 11:10 he had not begun to clean the carpet. I asked him to leave. I called the office and reported my concerns. They appointment was rescheduled for the following day but I had to cancel due to a doctor's appointment. The third appointment was scheduled for April 29 between 11:00 and 1:00. This time 2 men arrived about 11:45. They left and returned with their equipment at 12:10. At 12:17 they began to clean a bedroom, at 12:20 they cleaned the hallway, at 12:23 they cleaned the second bedroom. Then they came into the living room where I was sitting. Christian clean 1/2 the living room, then turned the equipment over to Scott. He tried to move the equipment and noticed black marks made by the machine on my carpet. Christian left to go and get rags. He was gone maybe ten minutes. When he returned the 2 spent time cleaning the wheels of their machine. They sprayed the black marks and continued with the rest of the room. Eventually, a fuse was blown. Christian left again to go an get an adapter. I left to reset the fuse box. Nothing was moved, not an end table, not a coffee table, nothing! They left at 1:10. Christian wanted to do a better job, but Scott nodded him off. He did a wonderful job. He even gave us advice on how to keep stains out of the carpet.

I had extra stairs and stuff. They are professional. I like them. I have used them before and will use them again.

First, the Tech's were on time and very nice. The work was ok except I had to point out areas in the carpet that needed to be done again. My issue is with the office. I did not get a call when I scheduled on Angies list so emailed and called for an appt. I received the call and got the appt. I had to reschedule so I called and got no answer nor was I allowed to leave a message. Again I emailed them. I called several times over 2 days and received no answer and could not leave a message. I finally got a call and rescheduled. It was very frustrating and excuses were given such as in meetings all day etc.

It went well. The technician was very helpful, courteous, and professional.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment with A Day and Night. Both my wife and I work, and they were able to schedule the time around our work schedules. The cleaner came by, measured our areas to be cleaned, and worked quickly. He was even very helpful when we found out my outside water faucet was not working. If anything, I would have liked them to be a little more thorough on the cleaning, as there was one spot missed that was mistaken for cat hair. All in all, I was very happy with the service for the price.

I had a Big Deal. It went pretty good. They came about 2 weeks after I purchased the deal. They charged us more because we had the stairs done. It was something like $3 per stair. The gentleman who came was very nice. It was quick. I didn't like that there were still a few stains that he couldn't get out. As far as the stairs, I felt like they didn't really come clean. He said it was something underneath that the only way it would come up is if we got new carpet. Overall, I think he did a nice job.

It went very fast. We did not feel that the cleaning was as thorough as it should have been. Two young men did the work and it just seemed to go too fast.

They were fine. They were prompt to call me back and showed up on time.

It was a good experience. Andrew arrived on time. He was focused on his work and completed the job within an hour.

We were very happy with them. It went fine. They did as good a job as was possible. One of our carpets is pretty old. They fully met our expectations on the result. I thought the price was very reasonable. I'm not very aware of the competition.

We had the carpet for about 25 years and have only cleaned outselves. The carpet was dirty and had stains. They cleaned the carpet extremely well and got out many of the stains. Some of the stains were caused by discoloration of the carpet. He told me before he started that he wouldn't be able to get these types of stains out. To my surprise the carpet was much cleaner than I had anticipated. Great value for the money.

Everything went fine, except one room didn't dry right and we had a smell coming from it. They did come back and try to address the issue, though. The smell never really came out. I would not recommend them because of that.

Cleaning equipment made it too complicated to do job. They were very nice and they wanted to do the job, it just wouldn't work on my street.

Very prompt and friendly service provider. Did three rooms and added the stairs and deodorized two rooms for an extra fee. The cleaning was fine, nothing miraculous. The provider said deodorizing would take the dog urine scent out of the carpet and therefore not attract our dog to urinate in those areas again, but the dog was right back at it by the next day. I'm sure there's no way around it, I just wish I didn't pay extra for something that didn't work. I'll probably try a different provider for this next seasonal cleaning just to see if there is a better option.

Arrived in a truck with a power pump and steam line and pulled large "fire hoses" into the house for vacuum and water supply. Used our water from outside, but large commercial equipment in his truck. Worked rapidly, was courteous and explained things where useful to avoid misunderstanding. No excess talking. Friendly, professional and worked rapidly with the power equipment. Did a notably better job than we could have done with our home steam cleaner.
