Description of Work: I added steps and an area rug which was an additional charge. Their room dimensions for the discount were smaller than my room dimensions.

Description of Work: Pretreated stains and sreamed cleaned entire house. Our technician was professional, pleasant and did an amazing job! Extremely happy with him and will always use this service instead of the big name cleaner who was so much more expensive.

Description of Work: Came to clean carpet, finished quickly,put everything into his truck. He brings me invoice to sign. I looked at carpet and it looked as thou he never cleaned it. I refused to sign invoice. He calle office, they told him to do it again. He did. Was done in 5 minutes ,frustrated I signed the invoice an he left. My husband was furious. Never again would I call them back or tell any of my friends.

Description of Work: The carpets look great and Andrew was extremely professional, but a couple of things made my overall grade a C rather than an A. I hate dealing with carpet cleaners as no matter who does it, the final price always ends up higher than the estimate. | |In this case there was a stain on 2 of the stairs going downstairs - Andrew said he could not get it out and suggested the "Specialty Spot Remover" for an additional $20. I said OK, he squirted a couple of shots on the stain and still could not get it out. So I still have the stain but not the $20. But that's not what really annoyed me. | |I just noticed on the receipt that there is a $15 travel charge printed at the bottom of the receipt just above the total. My fault for not seeing it when I signed the ticket, but I live less than 5 miles from them in the same town they are located in. Not once was this pointed out - not during the call I made for the quote, nor did Andrew mention it when he went over the bill. It's not the money, it's the intentional not mentioning the charge that truly irritated me, and why I just changed my overall grade from a B to a C as I have been writing this. | |Bottom line is they were one of the better carpet cleaners I have used. It's a shame that a really dumb approach to not bringing up a travel charge resulted in a less than perfect review.

Description of Work: Their service was good. They were prompt and because it was raining they did cover their shoes. The only complaint I have is that it cost 70.00 extra to use protector on two rooms. I think that is highly a ridiculous price. $20.00 at the most it should have cost. All in all, they did a nice job.

Description of Work: We moved out of a townhome so the rooms were empty when cleaned. Carpeting was white and about 18 years old. Andrew did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Day and Night!

Description of Work: Oscar was the guy who came out and cleaned the carpets and stairs, and he was very professional. The only problem was he had the wrong house address, which was not his error. He apologized profusely, and showed me the street address he was given was 25th street instead of 225th Street. Not his error, and because he was so diligent about making sure my 84 year old mom was happy with the overall job, I didn't mind waiting for the service because it was well worth it to see my mom happy.
