A DAY AND NIGHT CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANING

Description of Work: The carpets came out clean and fresh. But, there was a small misunderstanding initially about how many rooms should be cleaned. After I mentioned I had dogs, the service provider charged me extra for a dog repellent, which did not seem to help. Overall, I was happy and the rugs were cleaned, but I do not think I needed that additional product or cost.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning. Overall, the tech did a great job - our carpets were very clean and have stayed fresh. However, the tech was about 2.5 hours late to show up - and while he had communicated with me earlier that he would be late, he was about an hour later than he had stated. I was able to accommodate the changed schedule but it caused some issues with our housecleaners who were there at the same time.

However, I ended up paying over 3 times the Angie's List big deal price. The technician told me the Angie's List big deal only covered surface cleaning, and I needed a deep cleaning instead. On top of this, I started researching how much I should have paid for this service, and reached the conclusion that I overpaid. Again, when you have a provider in your house pressuring you to make a decision, you don't have time to do the proper research. | |The main takeaway I have from this experience is to beware of the Angie's List big deals. In some cases, they are a way for a provider to get his foot in your door and pressure you into accepting more services than you need or paid for. |

Description of Work: Cleaned 4 rooms and stairs. There were spots that we pointed out that they didnt get out and overall the carpet did not apear cleaner. After discssing with them they told us that after a cleaning there is agitation of dirt that will appear and that the appearance is normal and there is nothing they could do. We hired another cleaning company to come in after them and told them our concerns to which they stated that they flat out missed spots and that the agitation argument only could be applicable to a couple spots and not the whole area. Bottomline, this company did not stand by its service promise and I wouldn't use them.

Description of Work: Nice young man (Scott) can cleaned or what he said cleaned the carpet, I told him when he said he was done that I wan not at all happy with the job. He took pictures of the carpet and said that he would show then to his boss. I have to say that he did, his boss reached out to me about two days later and said that she would send someone back to re-clean the carpet. She did she sent the same young man out. Still was not happy with the work. But I must say at lease the tried.
