Description of Work: First, I had my rugs cleaned before the movers brought the furniture in. The original deal was 5 rooms for $119. Afterwards, I had to have the stairs and master redone because they had left many black marks on the carpet. Sharon Renn, the owner, was extremely helpful when I booked the appointment. She is very friendly and offered good advice to a person who was knew to the area. Eric Bennett, the senior technician, performed the work for both visits. He was quick and efficient and very professional. The work product was excellent, too.
