Frank is EXCELLENT! Very responsive, he came out twice, once right after a heavy rain that caused my sump hose to disconnect from the outside and again when my toilet needed parts replacement. Frank is very efficient and is attentive to not only his own work, but other plumbing that might be affected. Before coming out to fix the toilet, he called me to provide the exact parts I would need from Amazon so that I could purchase them and have them on hand when he came by to repair. He also gave me great advice and detailed instructions about how to restore my sump pit so that my pump will work more efficiently. Several yrs. back, he was mentioned to me by the folks at the Kohler store in Burr Ridge. I didn't have the need for his services then, but I'm very glad I kept his name & number on hand. Fair, honest & excellent work ethic!

Fantastic! I'm having Frank come out a second time to do more work. He is incredible; fair, honest, very high integrity. I will recommend him to everyone...can't say enough positive about him.

Frank is a true class act. We used his services last year to install a new toilet for an extremely reasonable all inclusive price. He was extremely helpful in describing the type of toilet we needed to get. We followed his advice and we have been happily free of our foul flushes of the past. This year we needed help figuring out what was going on with our dishwasher drain. Frank came out and determined our drain problem was related to our Bosch dishwasher which had to be service by Bosch - nothing he could do. Frank then said since he couldn't do anything there would be no charge. We even tried to give him money for gas which he refused! Frank is one of the best plumbers out there. Highly recommended.

They don?t charge for the estimate. They come out without charging me anything. He only charges for the work. He is very honest. He is very accommodating as far the scheduling goes. He has solved all my problems and not caused me any problems. I would recommend him to anybody.
