Green Cleaning

Thank goodness I didn't pay full price and had purchased a Groupon to try them out to see if we wanted to use them long term. I had to call 3 times to get an appt set up. We used there service 5 times, every two weeks- except when they canceled on us the night before. The first time they came out the cleaning went ok. However, I told them to skip making the bed (not changing the sheet) and focus on other things that needed attention. Instead things like making the beds were done, yet there were still cobwebs on random picture frames. The second time, there were obvious things they didn't clean well at all, the tub, the toilet- the mark behind the seat clamp if it moves was still there, the made 2 beds but not the third, etc.The third time they did a rather decent job.The 4th time they called to cancel at 7 pm at night, and could NOT reschedule us before our next cleaning, yet she said she called to reschedule us and fit us in. There was 1 day that we could not do in the next 7 days- yet they weren't available at all and had to take that visit on 2 weeks after our next cleaning. Yet, they require 24 hour notice for a customer to cancel and can't even fit into the schedule when they cancel on someone- poor customer care. So the 4th time, everything was VERY inconsistent when they did come (so 2 weeks later), some things were cleaned well and other obvious things were missed. Today was our last visit, #5. They did a TERRIBLE job. I know I can clean more than they do in less than 2 hours- which is what we had contracted for. There were dust chunks on my dresser, clumps of paper towels on my bathroom floor, they didn't even mop the kitchen and the and quot;sort ofand quot; sweep it. My husband tracked leaves in while grilling the other night- I was picking up leaves off the kitchen floor! There were two big and quot;spotsand quot; one was my coffee spill this morning and the other was another spot- both there. There was normal gunk on the floor all the way around our garbage can, a few coffee grounds, some dog fur, a piece of paper, etc. There are still cobwebs on the chandler that we left a note about, and I notice another cobweb on the railing today. We live in a 3 bedroom Tri, 1 of the bathrooms is being remodeled so all they have to clean is the sink and toilet, a full bath upstairs, I've asked them not to make the beds (again not changing sheets), vacuuming 2 main rooms, sweeping the 3 bedrooms, and the kitchen. I clean on the off week....so it isn't like I don't know how long it takes to clean my house.

I am having them in today. I would use them again.
