Nelson Garage Door Inc

We originally had a different repair company fix our spring system in a pinch. After we tried to contact them to have them install our new opener they were unresponsive. We found Nelson's Garage Door, Inc on Angie's List and had them come over to install the opener. They arrived on time. When they arrived they immediately noticed the new spring system was incorrect and recommended we contact the original company to fix and install the correct spring system. After the original company''s refusal to fix their incorrectly installed system (including having the employee who was at our house calling and texting my wife and harassing her multiple times, ultimately ending with a police report), we called Nelson's back (Paul) to install the correct system. Long story short - Paul arrived on time, correctly installed the opener and correct spring system. He was fast, efficient, and the price was reasonable. We would use Nelson's again and highly recommend them.
