Description of Work: When I first hired Dig Right, I thought it would be a good experience since they seemed organized (emailed me back quickly with a contract for yard maintenance). Therefore, I requested some other work to be done. After not hearing from them in a month, I emailed them back and told them that I would keep the yard maintenance plan, but other quotes I requested can be discarded since I have decided to have others do the work. It's funny how fast of a response I received from that email. The excuse was they answer email in the order they come in. At least they apologized.

Description of Work: Great follow up! I debated for a long time and ended up going with dig right in because of their follow up and I'm glad I did! The crew was very nice worked fast but through. I worked with Freyja her follow up during the decision making was fantastic and I loved that she was there during the actual construction work. Dig right in is known for the organic landscaping but I think the benefits goes far beyond just being organic.
