Description of Work: I did not like the feel of the chemical film left on the carpet afterwards. We have used other green companies in the past that did leave the film. It took about 10 vacuumings to get it out. They did get a few nasty stains out - upside and were very professional. I would recommend it for deep clean spot removal but not regular family annual clean.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire home's carpets! The previous owners of our home had a pet & when we moved in our dog started "marking". Bella came out & thoroughly pre-treated and cleaned the carpets - there has been no marking since and our carpets look remarkably clean and refreshed.

Description of Work: Confirmed appointment date by email but then had no record of the appointment when I called office the day before scheduled time. Then changed time. Cleaned two rooms and stairs. Large area of family room was still visibly dirty and I had to ask them to re-shampoo it. They did.
