Description of Work: steam cleaned family room, office and 6 stairs and scotchguarded all. They moved all the furniture themselves (2 men) and left each piece up on styrofoam blocks in the right places. They were professional, friendly and not trying to sell me more stuff I didn't want. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: They cleaned 2 rooms of carpeting. On a previous occasion, they cleaned 3 rooms, including one that we had thought was hopeless. They made it look excellent except for one spot, which we have covered with a throw, so they saved me from having to replace the carpet at this time. |There were a few areas near the edges that I was not initially satisfied with, but when I pointed it out they went over it and it was fine.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $99.00 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. They did a fine job. They moved furniture and they did charge a small fee extra for that and travel time but they were one of the only companies that would move furniture. I would use them again if I buy a home in the future as this was a home that I had sold.

Description of Work: They cleaned the sofa, loveseat and dining room chairs. We were very pleased with everything from the very first response to set the appointment, to the final the work. I happy to give them the highest rating possible.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's list to have my couch cleaned. The initial communication and scheduling was rocky, with a couple of miscommunications that impacted me and my day. The Angie's List "Inbox" procdure did not help, as it is confusing and unclear. I ended up having to call Bella myself. However, once here, the work was done quickly and professionally, and the representative answered all my questions thoroughly. I added a rug and Scotchguarding to the job, and the representative was flexible about costs added to the original Big Deal. I'm very happy with the outcome of the job and would use them again.

I added a futon and recliner when they came. |Both young men were polite, punctual, informative, thorough and above all NEAT. |They did a fantastic job answering all my questions before steam cleaning my furniture. I would recommend this company to other Angie's List members.

Description of Work: The upholstery cleaning was just okay, nothing special. The guy who came to do the work tried several times to sell us more services that we didn't want. The chemicals used on the sofas left a lingering smell in our home for a few days -- it wasn't an offensive smell, just really strong. Also, we had some tape residue on the bottom backs of our microfiber sofas left from those tapes meant to prevent pets from scratching on furniture. The guy doing the cleaning didn't go out of his way to remove those marks until I pointed them out ... and he still only got about 50% of the tape residue off. All in all, not terrible...but not a company I'd go out of my way to hire again.
