Description of Work: The work they did was great. I had difficulty contacting them to set up a time to do the cleaning. There was miscommunication and they did not come when I thought I was scheduled. I had to wait a while to reschedule.

Description of Work: I bought the special $99 here on Angie's List for up to 10 ft of couch to be cleaned. I did my research first before buying and saw there were some small up front charges that would obviously hike the end price up from $99. They charge an upfront gas surcharge for the visit and then our sectional is actually 12 feet in width so each foot was an additional charge as well as each back cushion. This was all clearly stated on their site and discussed with Gary. They were very professional and were readily available after our purchase. They initiated the call and then called back with a window of time on our scheduled date and then were available for last minute questions where we also added on scotch guard protection on our microfiber sectional. The couch was only 5-6 years old but with small boys there has been some spills here and there...really no stains as we also were quick to clean/wipe BUT after they cleaned the entire couch, it looks brand new. We don't have any 'rings' from prior spills or marks. We are very satisfied with their service and attention to detail, professionalism/courteous. Louis(technician) and Reuben were great, informative and we would recommend them. In fact we got a quote on our carpet and will more than likely have them come back out to clean our carpets.

Description of Work: Gary Giovanelli arrived as scheduled, and took away my living room and dining room lined drapes to clean them. When they were completed, he called and we scheduled a time for him to return and re-hang the drapes. He was very precise about ensuring that the pleats in the drapes were uniform, and that the lining was aligned properly. Gary was very nice, and I was very pleased with his work. I plan on using his services again for upholstery cleaning.
