Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. Angies List "Big Deal". Advertised 3 rooms 99$. The night before coming They called to confirm and told me there was another $10 trip charge. When the cleaner arrived he started measuring the rooms he was cleaning and informed me that there was going to be a significant up charge. I re-measured all the actual cleaning areas with him (not wall to wall) ant the total actual area was much less than what he said the "minimum" was. I voiced my dis-satisfaction with the whole experience of trying to upcharge me starting the night before. He apologized and said he just started and was not aware of the conditions of the offer and would clean the re-measured areas. He wound up doing a very good job. All in all I was satisfied and would use them again. Word of warning when using them though; Talk to the owner (not email) and get everything clarified before making payment.

Description of Work: The technicians were pleasant and professional. They cleaned all carpeting in my two story home, as well as several wool area rugs. They were able to remove all stains and the carpeting and rugs looked beautiful. They also meticulously clean a couch and love seat. The only issue...the placed a torchiere lamp on blocks, and it fell, breaking the one of a kind blown glass shade. Gary, the owner, agreed to replace the shade, and the tech took the broken shade. I thought Gary was going to find a replacement using the broken shade as an example. I didn't immediately follow up with Gary, and he discarded the broken shade. When I followed up, he provide me with a couple of places which sold replacement glass shades. The one with a website did not have anything similar, and I don't have the time to visit the other. I have spent quite a bit of time searching the internet, and still haven't found anything similar. I am still searching.

Description of Work: They provided the services asked for and then some. They asked if they could also clean the furniture. It had been years since we had had the furniture cleaned and gave us a price before they even stated. We agreed to the price and they proceeded to also clean all the furniture. | |We did have to have them come back out because after drying of the carpet some old stains reappeared. They came back out and retreated those stains and now the carpet looks great. It must be told we have 4 "grand dogs" that had at times wet the carpet at times. We were told by the first crew that stains may appear when the carpet dried. | | |

Description of Work: Unfortunately, they had a wrong address and went to another place. However, the quickly rectified the issue and rescheduled the appointment. The cleaner spot treated the tough spots and got everything out. Very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Had my living room furniture cleaned. I wasn't home at the time, so my husband dealt with them directly. He said they were efficient, clean and the furniture was definitely clean when they were finished.

Description of Work: Tile and grout cleaning & sealing of kitchen & bathroom white tile floors. |Two nice men did the job, approx 200 sq ft, in approx 2 hours. Very professional & friendly. They also clean carpets and plan on using their services for that in the near future. I certainly recommend them.
