Description of Work: Bella Custom Cleaning cleaned our sofa and 6 loose cushions/pillows. It looked MUCH better when they were completed, but not perfect. Our sofa was in pretty sad shape, with two young kids, a dog and a cat using it daily. I'd considered recovering it or replacing it, but now it is looking good enough to use again.

Description of Work: Upholstery Cleaning. They were not able to steam clean the furniture because of the fabric type. However, they did a great job with dry cleaning solution and a powerful vacuum. The service man was prompt, professional and very friendly. He clearly explained the process. I was happy with the result and will use this company again in the future.

Description of Work: Very responsive--called me back a couple of hours after I left initial message. Explained how their Angie's List deal could be extended on more service, which I appreciated, since my cleaning job was about 3 times as large. Scheduled service date within the week. Running late because of weather, but the guy called me with a headsup. Clear description of service. Cleaning very thorough, although I noticed after he left that there were a couple of very minor spots on a velour chair that didn't come out. (The tech had mentioned that those chairs required dry cleaning instead of wet cleaning.) Other dirt came out really well.
