Description of Work: We had our furniture cleaned. We have a white chair with a floral pattern that came out wonderful. There is no way I would have been able to clean my furniture myself with the same quality result. Terry was the professional who came to our home and he has experience and did quality work. They were efficient and the whole process took about 2 hours.

Description of Work: I called them to remove a stain. It's better but still there. It might not be removable for all I know. The reason I wouldn't use this company again is after I purchased the deal just prior to service they tried to hit me up for gas money. I refused & they let me go this one time. If you need extra money for your service advertise it according, don't play games!

Description of Work: We bought a upholstery cleaning special for 2 pieces of furniture. The fine print said that the measurements of the furniture, which were 2 small pieces. We were only able to do one chair and an ottoman so I though that was a little misleading.

Description of Work: Bella cleaned 2 chairs and a sofa in our living room. The items hadn't been cleaned since we purchased them 8-10 years ago. We decided to have them cleaned and see if we could avoid replacing them. I won't claim that Bella restored them to "like new", but we were happy enough with the results that we will be keeping them for several more years.

Description of Work: Carpet looked good the first day, but started to turn Brown in large spots after the second day. Not sure if it was from something they sprayed or what, but the spots weren't there prior. Our Carpet is old and there were some stains on it, but not the large Brown spots that I have now since they performed their service.
