Description of Work: This is the big problem with the 'Angie's List Big Deals'. The company becomes overwhelmed with work and is hard to schedule and get any reply from. After going back & forth for 2 weeks, I finally scheduled them for a day between 2 & 4pm. They arrived at 4:35pm. Needless to say I was not happy. I would have been angrier if the quality of work was poor, but it was outstanding. The carpets look great and we were happy with the job they did, when it finally got done!

Description of Work: They cleaned my white sofa. Unfortunately, once it dried the trim on the sofa took on an orange tinge Must have been the interaction of the chemicals and whatever material the trim is made of. I don't believe Bella was at fault but unfortunately I now keep a slip cover on my sofa.
