Description of Work: There were all kinds of issues from the date scheduled to price when they arrived; they first told me that I only requested the sofa to be cleaned; and only because I had made a copy of the original order where it stated sofa and love seat did they concur; but they still charged me more for the loveseat because it was a few feet longer; I did not like the customer service I received and will therefore not use them agani.

Description of Work: Technician told me they would come back out and attempt to clean grout again if the grout did not dry and appear to be clean. When I called and asked them to do what they promised, Gary came out and gave me all kind of excuses about why the grout would not clean. I questioned if the grout had been sealed. He said yes but months later there is no evidence the grout had been sealed. I feel totally ripped off by this company. VERY UNHAPPY CONSUMER!!

This review is totally inaccurate and uncalled for. This project was completed in January of 2015, and was inspected in February of 2015. The one bath room cleaned up fine and the other had orange-brownish stains that were permanent and the cleaning could not remove. This was established with understanding of customer gladly. All grout had been sealed after cleaning with a clean sealer, this is standard procedure. These stains were not removable and confirmed with Donna Schiavone.
