Went well, no issues except surprise of $15 driving charge

I ordered their special for 10 linear feet of upholstery cleaning. They were prompt, worked quickly and did a terrific job. The special only covered part of the job since my cushions were all removable so I did have to pay additional but it was worth it.

Ceramic floor cleaning was professionally done, workers were punctual and professional.

They were great and offered coupons for future work. Carpets looked better than they had in years, and couch and chair were greatly improved. We would work with them again!

Fine. They were a bit late, but the whole process took place within the window they had set.

They came and scotch guard all of the items. I thought they were great. They did a very good job.

It went well and my furniture looks like new. I will definitely hire again!

Surprisingly, all but one spot came out. The guys were punctual and professional. I would definitely hire them again.

The cleaning went well. However there was a deep long double scratch on my wall, down to the plaster board behind my chest of drawers. I heard a noise while they were cleaning upstairs, should have gone up to check. The problem is that they did not tell me about it. I found it when I went up after they had left. Highly disappointed in them for that. It is something I will have to call a professional to repair and paint.

The man who came out did an excellent job and I was given coupons to go toward the next visit. He was personable yet professional. I will definitely hire again for future work. Plus they do carpets, so we may be in the market for that in the next few months. We were using an Angie's coupon, and paid a little extra for Scotchguarding - well worth it!

They did a great job and were very thorough. I was just surprised by a $15 fee to travel to my house. I did not see that in any of the information listed on the website.

He did an excellent job! This sofa has been cleaned countless times, but this cleaning may have been the best yet. One thing to be aware of is how wet the cushions will be after cleaning. It took about 24 hours for everything to dry. The cushions need to be separated to dry properly especially during hot humid weather. Air conditioning and couple of fans help as well.

I did pay the $99.00 to Angie's List for this deal. The vendor and I set up a date. During that call, the vendor said there would be an additional $15.00 service call fee added and I would need to pay that at the time of the service and I said ok. Well, after a while, I began to have second thoughts about the $15.00 fee not having been disclosed in the description of the 'deal' on Angie's List. I called the morning of the appointment and left word I was cancelling the appt. and why. The vendor called me back and explained that many companies have a service call fee and it was normal in their business. He also explained that if it appeared on Angie's List, they (Angie's List) would want a percentage of that fee as well. I explained it seemed to me that meant the company was attempting to collect money outside of the agreement they had w/Angie's List and I was uncomfortable doing business with a company who would do that. I was clear that I wasn't judging his work at all. My objection was strictly due to the fee being hidden from the description and Angie's List. He offered to omit the $15.00 fee but I just was not comfortable with the action the company had already taken regarding the additional fee, Angie's List and the description. That is why I rated the company with a D and for no other reason.

All went well; the spots on the couch are gone, and the chair looks as good as it can get. Bella Custom Cleaning was responsive and easy to work with.

This was hard work and now my kitchen floor looks new. It was terrible how that dirty grout in the kitchen made it look bad. He took his time and put in the hard work.

I used Bella several times in the past and as always, Alex did a great job. I was especially pleased with the stairs as they were in pretty bad shape. I can still see some of the lines from the machine and it's three weeks later. I love those fresh lines!

Great...! Professional service & good cleaning of the furniture.

Unfortunately as much as I wanted to rate this company decent I couldn't. Scheduled carpet cleaning for my home and for the home of my parents. The initial visit was a disaster, person who came literally told my folks he was hungover and was late because he had to pull over to take a nap. When my mom called me I thought it was a joke until he arrived in a men's white tank top, black dress shoes, and jeans. He also told my spouse the same thing; both homes looked terrible after he completed, also must I add he didn't put any corner gaurds damaging corners in the house. After a review here on Angie's list the owner reached out was nice and upset at his worker, he sent out two gentlemen whom did a phenomenal job BUTTT they didn't go back to my moms. When I reached out to the owner he was mad I didn't schedule there home when I did for mine and only promised to look at his schedule and call me back so they could re-do my parents home. Well it's months after and I'm still waiting on the owners phone cal. Seriously stay AWAY and save your money.

The cleaning itself was very good. The couch was disgusting and it looks much better. However, I paid for this with an Angie's coupon, and it should have been all-inclusive, but they tried to add a $15 service charge in addition. The removed the service charge when I complained about it and pointed out it wasn't on the description of services, but I can't help but wonder how many people got caught with the $15 service charge without knowing it. While I said I would hire again, I would also be cautious when dealing with them on pricing.

Gary was very accommodating and did an excellent job on cleaning sheers and rehanging to perfection. Would definitely recommend his services.
