Description of Work: Bella cleaned the carpeting in 3 rooms. The Angie's list special was for $99, but the technicians said the rooms were too large for the special price and we were charged $194. I think Bella did a good job in all areas except for price which I consider way too high.

Description of Work: Bella Custom Cleaning was very professional and they arrived right at on time. The woman who scheduled my appointment was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The two gentlemen who came were very nice and they explained everything that was going to happen. I appreciated that they offered me some extra things but was not pushy about it, which in the past would happen with other companies and would be very uncomfortable and annoying. My only critique is I wish someone would have told me about the gas fee, but it was only $15. Thank you for being punctual, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be using Bella the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. In addition to what we had already paid Angie' s list they wanted $120 for stainguard and fragrance, plus $15 for transportation. We paid the transportation fee but decline bed the scotch grad/fragrance. Overall, a positive experience!

Description of Work: The "deal" on Angie's list states 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $99.00. When I talked to the owner and asked him if a hallway is considered a room, he said it would be counted as part of the 500 sq. ft. Where did that come from? Nothing on the "deal" talked about total sq. footage. I knew I wouldn't have too much square footage because I was more concerned about spots rather than cleaning an entire room. When the guys got here they told me there was a $15.00 gas charge. Again, nothing in the "deal" said anything about a gas charge. The guys told me that Angie's List will not let them put that in the "deal". Hmmm! I wonder who is going to reimburse me for the $15.00? Angie's List or Bella-Cleaning? | |On a positive note, the guys were very nice, friendly and tried very hard to get the spots out that were of concern to me. They did not pressure me to purchase additional services. I guess they figured they had already pushed their luck with the $15.00 gas charge.
