Description of Work: Bella cleaned the carpeting in 3 rooms. The Angie's list special was for $99, but the technicians said the rooms were too large for the special price and we were charged $194. I think Bella did a good job in all areas except for price which I consider way too high.

Description of Work: Bella Custom Cleaning was very professional and they arrived right at on time. The woman who scheduled my appointment was incredibly friendly and helpful with all of my questions. The two gentlemen who came were very nice and they explained everything that was going to happen. I appreciated that they offered me some extra things but was not pushy about it, which in the past would happen with other companies and would be very uncomfortable and annoying. My only critique is I wish someone would have told me about the gas fee, but it was only $15. Thank you for being punctual, friendly, and professional. I will definitely be using Bella the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. In addition to what we had already paid Angie' s list they wanted $120 for stainguard and fragrance, plus $15 for transportation. We paid the transportation fee but decline bed the scotch grad/fragrance. Overall, a positive experience!

Description of Work: There were all kinds of issues from the date scheduled to price when they arrived; they first told me that I only requested the sofa to be cleaned; and only because I had made a copy of the original order where it stated sofa and love seat did they concur; but they still charged me more for the loveseat because it was a few feet longer; I did not like the customer service I received and will therefore not use them agani.
