Description of Work: They concentrated on high-traffic areas as told, but cleaned up elsewhere. |They did their job as told. Only reason I do not give them all A's is because in the deal they offer, they do not tell you you have to pay for their trip (gas money). |Otherwise, I am satisfied with the job they did. |Would recommend, for sure.

Description of Work: I talked to Gary before he came out and he was very professional. He wasn't sure he could help me out with my situation, but he sent a crew out anyway to check it out. They told me they wouldn't be able to perform the work due to mold and to call Angie's List.

Description of Work: Went well until the end. I said no I did not want any extra stain resister. So at the end as the guy was packing up he said I owed an additional $15.00 because of distance. I only had $7.00 cash in the house so I gave it to him and said that was all I had. He made a big production out of calling his boss to see if that was OK. | |No additional fee was mentioned when I paid for service.

Description of Work: Cleaned all my carpet in my condo (about 1100 sf). I debated about replacing the carpeting but thought I would try one more time to clean it. Glad I did. They did an excellent job and moved most of my furniture for me. The employees were extremely courteous and professional. They delivered on all they promised.
