Description of Work: Cleaned a sofa, chair and love seat. The Angie's list price was 99$ but then there was a "trip charge" and other add ons. I expect the Angie's List price to be more accurate not just a lowball figure to get a person to buy.

Hi [Member Name Removed], I am sorry you were upset about the deal on Angie's list. The Deal is very clean that the $99.00 covers up to 10ft and over is $15.00 per ft, loose back cushions or pillows 6.00 each. You cleaned a sofa, loveseat and chair and had the items deodorized. The price you paid us was only for the additional ft ,deod and service call fee of $15.00 which was also all communicated to you on the deal and on the phone. We appreciate your business. Description of Work: They cleaned my couch but explained to me there would be an extra charge for my couch because it was 7 feet long and I bought the furniture protection product because I have dogs. They did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves They were pleasant also. I bought the special on Angie's list and it cost me $100 more. I'm not sure about the price but they did a good job. |
