Description of Work: The vendor made a point of commenting that not all grout would be consistently clean and the same color. My expectation was the grout would be clean and a consistent color.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned the carpet in 2 rooms and the stairs.

Description of Work: The company provided grout cleaning and sealing for up to 300 square feet of tile flooring. The company head was very responsive in contacting us to set up an appointment and in setting a date for the service. When the technician, Terry, arrived promptly for the appointment, he honored our request that 2 floors, one for a small bathroom and one for an even smaller powder room be cleaned since the 2 floors fell within the 300 square feet limit. We would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning. Technician was on time, pleasant and professional. Work looked good when he left but as carpet dried, stains began to surface. Contacted company, speaking to owner, and he suggested that I tried to see if white vinegar would remove the stains. Suggestion helped but then more areas began to look just as bad. Contacted owner again and he came out. Owner was very nice but not sure I would use this company again.

Description of Work: I contracted via an Angie's List special for the cleaning of the grout on the floor of my kitchen and bathroom. They brought in heavy machinery and did a quick, thorough job, so thorough that some of the grout came out with the dirt. I suppose the grout wasn't tough enough for the brutal treatment, so next time it'll be done by hand.
