Bella's called promptly at 7:30 am and told us they would be at the house to clean our carpet at 10 AM. This was the morning of a powerful thunderstorm that blew in around 8:15 am and our power would be out for the next 36 hours. My wife called them and they said no problem since they would be using their generator/power from the truck. They arrived promptly and got the job done quickly. They moved all the furniture as they cleaned. We just got everything up off the floor in the closets and things like the laundry basket. On-time, fast, friendly, and professional. I would recommend Bella's to anyone.

This is the second time we have used Bella Cleaning services in this home and like their work. The back stairs were stained and the family room had a traffic area that was pretty bad. The 2 gentlemen arrived withing the stated time window, went right to work and were done cleaning and scotch-guarding in little over and hour. The stairs and carpet look great and they were pleasant workers to have in our home.

I called Bella Custom Cleaning on Tues and was delighted to learn that they were able to come that Thur to pick up my drapes .The following Thur Gary delivered them back to me and rehung them all within the promised time frame. I have used Bella in the past and will continue to do so because of my positive experience with this company.

It was a very good experience. Gary from Bella Cleaning called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would, took the draperies down, returned and rehung them. He also steamed any remaining wrinkles out after rehanging them (they are linen) and tied them so the pleats would fall correctly. The draperies had one very dark area on them (they hang next to a heating/air conditioning vent), that came out much cleaner than I had expected. They did a very, very good job.

They cleaned the couch and loveseat that needed it pretty badly. They did a very good job.

Last year we had the carpets cleaned by ProCare and the did a poor job, and there were many add-ons. Bella came out and worked quickly, did a fantastic job, and the final cost was almost exactly what the quote was. Great job.

I liked how on the day they are coming to do the work they call early in the morning to let you know when they will be there. They work efficiently and they did a good job. They have a courteous and excellent demeanor.

The owner/cleaner showed up at the appointed time. He then cleaned 6 roman shades. The difference in the appearance was obvious to us. He was prompt, courteous, and hard working. He did have quite a few phone calls when he was here, but worked as he talked. It was a very noisy operation.

They did an excellent job. The work was superior. They came back to do some touch ups. They took out the vents and cleaned the area around and behind the vents. They were very professional company.

Gary was responsive and appropriate. The whole thing went like clockwork.

My drapes were incredibly dirty, covered at the bottom with cat hair and also having significant areas where the kittens had climbed and clawed. I think I'd only had them cleaned once in 20 years -- how embarrassing! I was very pleased with the job they did and how the drapes looked after being cleaned and rehung. From start to finish, everything was handled very professionally and Gary even pointed out the on line coupon I could use. That was really appreciated. I would definitly recommend and use Bella again.

I sent an e-mail to Bella Custom Clearning and Gary responded within one day. To give me a general estimate of the cost of the drapery cleaning, he had me count the pleats. Then, Gary arranged the pickup and delivery around my schedule. He was prompt and friendly but very professional. It was a very pleasant experience.

Bella is a wonderful company and Gary is very responsive to customer's needs. He always tells you the options and lets you decide which services you want. He saved me thousands of dollars because he saved my custom-made shears and an expensive wool rug in my living room. He took down the shears/drapes himself, took them away to clean, brought them back in perfect condition and re-hung them himself as well. Everything was perfect. When he saved my carpet I was 9 months pregnant and it was 2 days before Christmas and a contractor walked across my carpet with mud and window caulk on his shoes. I called Bella in a tearful state and Gary rearranged his day to come out right away before the mud had time to dry into the fibers of the carpet. It was incredible service.

While having the interior of our home painted, we realized that as long as the draperies were coming down, they might as well be dry cleaned. I logged on to Angie's List and found 2 possible candidates for the job. The first (and only) was Bella Custom Drapery & Carpet Cleaners. I called and Gary, the owner answered the phone. After a quick discussion of the jobs requirements I realized that I had made the right call. He arrived later that afternoon and began organizing the job. A week later we were all put back together. Professional, courteous, efficient and fair. I could not be more pleased!

It went very well. Gary and crew really knew what they were doing. Gary is an artist. Really took his time rehanging the sheers and drapes in the living room. Will definitely use them again.

He did an excellent job with the cleaning I am pleased with the end result. I do have a minor problem with the way he rehung the draperies but he was very responsive to my concerns and will come back out to rectify the problem. Did not re-hang curtains properly.

He was punctual and clear. The owner came out and gave me an estimate for entire job. I made an appointment. He called me in the morning to tell me he was coming out. He did a very, very good job! He was very good to work with. He was a very nice man, and the job was very well done. I would highly recommend them.

He was very good. He called me back within a half hour of my initial call. He showed up on time and new exactly what he was doing. My drapes now look brand new, I would definitely use Bella Custom Cleaning again.

I liked that they were able to come out the same week that I called them. They sent two men out and they were friendly and did a good job on cleaning my rug and my sofa. I have even told my neighbor about them.

I only called to get an estimate and there was no answer but they called me back on their own. They came to my home and took everything apart and cleaned it very thoroughly. My draperies are vibrant in color again. After he did the job, he offered me a coupon that I didn't know he was offering. I liked that the owner was completely involved with everything, even though he has other employees.
