came on time got his equiptment . protected the floor. did a very thorough job and explained why he was doing what he was doing to me. an all around satisfying experience and my sofa no longer smells.

The carpet looked dramatically cleaner...old spots were gone. The carpet wasn't totally dry even 24 hours later, but it was a rainy day which could have contributed to the slow drying time. He took great care in cleaning the upholstery, checking the fabric to determine whether it should be dry cleaned or steam cleaned. He did a good job.

They were able to remove some pretty nasty staining and brought a bit of life back to 8 year old carpet. I would definitely use these guys again.

Overall Gary was professional and even kept drapperies over a couple of extra weeks since new windows installation was delayed but when we finally got back the drapes, the ones in the living room did not look very smooth...Maybe they were cleaned/steamed 2/3 weeks before and were not steamed enough when hanged? Also, the end of the big rod was jammed in and did lots of damage to the newly painted wall. When I left an e-mail via angie's list explaining about damage and mentioning that a small refund is due so whenever I get the painter back he can patch/paint the area, I did not get any response back.

I called several upholstery cleaning and Bella was able to accomadate my schedule - I was having out of town guest and need to sofa's cleaned immediately. Belle arrived on time, they were professional and did a wonderful job.

I have nothing more to add to what I have already stated. Except I will reiterate that I am satisfied and I would recommend Bella to others.

Saw their price deal on Angie's list and gave them a call. Their deal was $99 for three rooms, but I saw that rooms over 150 sq feet cost extra. I needed one room cleaned that was about 400 Sq feet, so I figured that would count as 3 rooms. They agreed with me, and I was able to schedule them for the very next day. The only down side was that he told me that they'd charge me a $10 "gas surcharge". I suppose Lombard is a long distance for them (but it came up in Angie's list search). Anyway, he was up front about it, so OK. When the guys showed up, they were running late, but they called me ahead of time to let me know. They arrived right at the end of the window that they had promised, and apologized for being late. They went right to work, and I did not know it, but they use their own water. This may not sound like much, but I have well water, and often it has iron in it, so I was worried about that. Now, I have had this carpet for 6 or 7 years and never had it professionally cleaned, so after years with kids and pets, it had many older stains on it. When they were done, it looked like new. Even they seemed surprised that they were able to get all the stuff out. So overall. Up front pricing. Ultra-fast scheduling. Courteous crew. Amazing results. I would use them again for sure.

Bella came out to do an apartment in my building that the past tenants had left somewhat dirty. There were spots on this new carpeting and I was worried that they would not come out. The gentleman from Bella assured me that the spots would be easily removed and he was correct. The carpet looked like it did when it was first installed once he finished steam cleaning it. I would definatley use them again.

After looking over the Angie's List reviews, I purchased a Big Deal cleaning package from Bella. The package was $99. The sofa is a very expensive custom Henrendon piece that I inherited from my mother and I was nervous about having it cleaned. My niece had drawn ink and there were spills on the sofa after being at my brother's home for the past couple of years and I was certain I would have to pay extra for stain removal. Gary evaluated the damage and the material and determined the best treatment, added a protectant, but did not charge more for the stain removal. My sofa looks brand new! Gary was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I will use Bella again for all of my upholstery and area rug cleaning.

This building has bedbugs and I was cleaning everything. First, they miscounted the number of pleats and there turned to be more pleats and there was a price adjustment. Then, they came back with a little spot on them, it was not big of a deal, but I knew there was not any spot because they were brand new, I would still give them "A". I liked that they were able to do both the chair and the drapery. The price was reasonable.

It went great. We were under pressure to get it done and they fit us in. They arrived on time and were very professional. They spent a long time prespotting and cleaning the carpets and they look great!

We have used Bella before and they are a good company. Our rugs look much better and we are happy with their work.

Company was very responsive and professional from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the overall service and quality of work. The only negative was I received a quote over the phone prior to schduling an appointment. Once the technician arrived, the initial quote was the same, but I was informed that a $10.00 gas tax would need to be added. Be sure to get all cost information up front. Other than this issue, I would definitely use this company again.

It’s a family owned business and they give personable service. Their prices were also good and definitely within reason. They made me feel special with their service. They are good, reliable and honest people. I would use them again in the future.

They are coming out next week for carpet cleaning. They are friendly and do a good job. I like their service and they accommodate the needs of their customers. I think their pricing is fair and I recommend them. I am very happy with them; they were on time and called in advance of our appointment. I will use them again in the future.

They did a great job. I really like the fact that they came to my home, took the drapes down, cleaned them at their store and then hung the drapes when they returned them. I plan to use them again. When I called I don't think I even left a message, but he called me back. I was really impressed with this.

Bella Custom Cleaning was A one. I think his price was a couple hundred dollars too much. I would use him again as far as the work is concerned, but I am looking at someone less expensive.

Fantastic service. Everything, from the scheduling, to the cleaning, to the delivery of the rugs that were cleaned, was top-notch. I had 3 area rugs in desperate need of cleaning & Scotchgarding, one of which had a pretty bad soda pop stain that had set in nearly a year ago. I was completely satisfied with the two rugs when they came back, but I was surprised – and especially pleased – to see that the rug which had been stained so badly came back absolutely spotless. Carlos & Louie, who returned the rugs, went above and beyond to ensure that everything was returned to just as it was when they first came out. I will definitely use Bella again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient, professional, & quality cleaning service.

Bella did a wonderful job. The drapes were brought back, rehung, steamed and pleated and left to rest in a retaining circle of plastic wrap. In a few days I undid the wrapping and the drapes looked brand new. I am extremely pleased with the kindness, professionalism and the overall outcome of this encounter with a really caring and competent service company. I would certainly use this company again and I have no hesitation whatever in recommending the company to others. (This service was not cheap by any means, but my drapes are fitted and custom made and I expected the price to be about what it was.)

The work went well except that a white residual stain/powder was left on some of the landing in all three hallways. The firm had to come out a second time, and for one particularly bad area a third time. The problem was still not resolved in that one area after that, so I resolved the problem myself after that.

He gave me a discount because I was on Angie’s list and so the price was a good deal. The man was very nice. He ran the company and I would use him again. He helped me do something else. I had a broken switch and he fixed it for me. He’s great and I would put my thumbs up to him.
