The technician was a hard worker and did a fantastic job although it was late in the work day when he arrived. The outcome was beautiful. The couches look lovely. I didn't fully understand the extra charge but remembered reading that non attached cushions and pillows were extra. A simple call from a very friendly manager/owner helped me understand. Pricing reasonable and technician superb. I will use them again and will recommend them to friend!

After cancelling last week, Bella agreed to come and clean my couch and La-Z-Boy yesterday. The time window was 9 AM to 10 AM. I was ready at 9 AM, but they sat in their truck for 20 minutes and then rang the bell right at 10 AM. There were two guys. One was an older guy who did most of the cleaning, and the other a young guy who mostly helped move stuff. They had to run a very long hose and a power line from their truck to my apartment. The parking spaces in front of the building were all full, so they parked in the alley. Luckily, the landlord saw this and moved his car out of the garage before he got blocked in. The older guy said that I had to pay an extra $15 for "gas money," making the total bill $114. He offered Scotchgard treatment for an extra $45. I asked if I could pay $20 for just the chair, but apparently any such thing was impossible and I declined Scotchgarding altogether. They moved my dining room table over and they put down a tarp. They carried the couch onto the tarp and began their work. This was nice, because I got a chance to clean the area where the couch had been. The long hose leads from the truck to a tool that releases steam, and is also a very powerful vacuum. The couch was dusty but not spotted, so they were able to clean it with just steam. The La-Z-Boy was soiled and spotted, and they went at it for quite a while with chemicals and stiff brushes as well as the steam. Oddly, they moved the furniture only vaguely back to the former positions. I had to wiggle them back into their carpet divots. The upholstery was damp for a few hours. But altogether, it turned out very well. The couch is noticeably brighter. The soiling and spots on the La-Z-Boy are gone. And when I pat the fabric, I don't get clouds of dust poofing out. So I am well satisfied.

Carlos and his assistant arrived within the scheduled time, examined my furniture and determined that the chairs needed to be dry cleaned, which Bella also does. The set up to start work, protecting my other furniture and rug before starting. It took less than 2 hours for them to complete the job, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They were very professional and courteous and completed their work quickly. I will definitely use this company again, and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Bella Cleaning!

He arrived on time and got right to work. His machine was large and appeared to do the job. It took a day in a half for the couch to dry. I would hire again.

They cleaned everything really well. I thought the price for cleaning the bar stools was a bit much but they did do a great job on them.

Bella recommended steam cleaning the love seat for which there was an additional charge. They also recommended dry cleaning a sofa and an upholstered chair and automan. The additional charges were $145 and $117, so the total charge for cleaning one sofa, one loveseat, two chairs and one automan came to $361.00. That seems extreme as none of this furniture had any visible soil or any stains. No special treatment was required.

They're pretty good. I've been using her for years. They're good people., they're local, punctual. They're good people. I feel like they're honest and professional. If I call them and say I need it done tomorrow, they'll be there. They're pretty good, close by, pretty prompt.

Generally, they got the job done and the basic dirt was cleaned. However, I was disappointed that not a single spot or stain was removed from any of the three. Perhaps that was just not possible or, perhaps, they needed a stronger cleaning solution for spots.

They were prompy and paid attention to detail

I had to call them to come back as they had left a big stain by moving couch and cleaning under it, but then did not put any guards under the couch. That meant the wood of the couch foundation was left directly on the wet carpet which left a large stain. I had to call them back 3 times before the stain was completely removed and guards were put underneath couch wile every thing dried.

It went very well. Lots of dirt was removed.
