Very professional and good. Even called to see if the spots had come out. They came back the next day and redid a stubborn one. Will definitely use again!

Easy scheduling, workers showed up at the time promised. Only issue was professionalism. I expected the usual speech about upcharges for additional services but the two workers were 1- on their cell phones constantly through the job and 2- talked about everything they were involved in currently in their personal lives EXCEPT cleaning our rugs.

I received a call the day before the cleaning with a time frame of between 9 and 10am. Rafael arrived at 9:15. He was very personable and professional. My carpets were extremely soiled and Rafael worked very h****** them. He did an excellent job on the carpets---better than any company I had used in previous years! I will use Bella Custom Cleaning in the future, and highly recommend it.

The experience was great. We'd have them back a second and third time if we needed. The guy who came was very nice, he explained everything, he was a polite, a good worker, he did what he had to do and got out.

Very good job. Showed up early! Good thing the babysitter was there. Cleaned all items thoroughly, explained the drying process and timing. Could have been a little more thoughtful about running the hose through the front door when there was a side door that was more accessible. I was surprised to be charged extra for loose cushions. I understand the reasoning, just surprised to learn it after they got there. The men worked hard and the furniture and rug Re. Lean! Yay!

The two employees actually came earlier than scheduled, which was great. When we got the estimate, we asked that if they could arriver earlier than the scheduled time it would be better for us, and they did. They introducted themselves, shook our hands, and listened while we explained what we wanted done, and confirmed that certain items were not to be moved. They worked quickly and professionally. The carpeting came out beautifully clean, including a stained area that we had warned them about. They said the carpeting would be dry in 24-48 hours and it was. I couldn't be happier! We would definitely use this company again.

They responded promptly to my initial call. The service technician was very friendly and did a great job.

It was excellent. It went very well, the carpets look brand new. The technician was very professional, he explained why it was important to do their pre-treating. He's very detail-oriented and he cleaned up after himself.

Carpet looks great! They came out same day as the request. Only issue is the $99 special is actually $109, which reflects a $10 "gas" fee that is not mentioned at all in the "FINE PRINT"

I was very pleased with the Bella men's professionalism. They explained their work and gave me tips for avoiding the same kind of stains in the future. (Note to self: if you use a spray carpet cleaner ever, be sure you remove every last drop of it!)

A short time ago, I participated in a telephone review of carpet cleaning done by Bella Custom Drapery & Carpet Cleaning on April 3, 2013. It wasn't a very favorable review because my appointment for rug/upholstery cleaning had not been recorded in their schedule for that particular date and because I felt that the carpet cleaning of my family room had not been done to my satisfaction (it still looked dirty and matted). Shortly after my review had been posted, I received a phone call from the owner, Gary Giovannelli asking me specifically why I was dissatisfied with their services. I explained my concerns and he then requested an opportunity to "make it right". I agreed and he came out personally on Tuesday, May 14, at the agreed time. He re-cleaned my family room carpet and also re-cleaned sections of my husband's recliner chair, which he felt could be improved upon. It didn't take him very long to finish the job, but when he was done, I was truly amazed at the difference in the appearance of the carpeting. I am now truly satisfied with Bella and have already scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning for next year. I must say that Mr. Giovannelli stands behind his (and his employees') work and makes it his business to insure that the customer is satisfied. I would now definitely recommend Bella to anyone who wants quality carpet/upholstery cleaning, with the guarantee of complete customer satisfaction. --- I am very disappointed with them. The gentleman was nice and pleasant and everything, but job wasn't very good. The upholstery was pretty good, but the carpeting just didn't make it. In this particular case I had to call them to ask where the person was on the day that I was supposed to have the cleaning and the person that I spoke with was the person who scheduled it was very apologetic, but admitted that he screwed up and didn't wirte down the date and so he had to contact the person that was out there doing carpeting that day and try to get him to come in and do the carpeting and furniture for us. This guy had it done to what in his addition to what he already has scheduled for the day and for whatever reason it is just the company doesn't come up that clean. The dirt was coming back up to the surface after the work is done. I would not use them again.

Just used a hand brush, no beaters. Asked them to work over the area rug again when they had finished, did not look very clean. Did so half hartedly, explaining I would get a much better job by sending it in for cleaning. Had to remind them to do the ScotchGuarding - got a few quick sprays. Cleaned fringe on one side, not the other where I later found something stuck on it. Too bad. Gary, the owner was great. Cleaning team seemed tired and rushed.

Gary, the owner, described what he was doing as he went along and worked very hard to complete what appeared to be a difficult job. He was thorough, professional, considerate and cleaned up the vent areas. I was very pleased with the work done and would recommend him.

Two techs showed up on the date promised, in the window of time promised. I was sold on getting my sofa and recliners done (they needed it). They cleaned the carpet first and together cleaned the sofa and two chairs. It took about 3 and half hours, but I was pleased with the work and if they weren't so far from me, I'd use them again.

The service was great! Even the person on the phone was great! When they got here, the service guys were very good. The prices were reasonable and they did just as expected.

Rafael arrived withing the allotted time frame. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. I showed him the rooms and we discussed areas that needed attention. He listented to my concerns. He then went to work very professionally, being careful about how he moved the hoses around in areas leading to the rooms to be cleaned. He explained the process he used, told me about how long it would take to complete and how long afterward it would take to dry. He answered all my questions. He went about his work very carefully and did a great job. He asked me to check everything when he was finished. I will use this company again.

Gary was great. He was happy to review my window treatments as I asked to see if they were worth cleaning (which they were). He gave me a quote on site immediately and we scheduled the work within a week or so. Gary came and took all the treatments down and took them for cleaning. We had to schedule them to be returned after the painting and Gary made every effort so we were not without them for long. The work was great- everything looks almost new. He takes great care and put all the things back up as he found them. I would use Gary again in a minute. I also need some furniture cleaned and he explained the process they used. I loved that he was patient with me and answered my questions and helped my understand what needed to be done. Well done and I would recommend highly.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience as everything went very smooth and they provided a competitive price with great end result. The carpet was very dirty left by previous owners and had dark spots and stains. The person who did the job not only left it spotless but also deodorized it. These are my go to guys from now on !

What a fantastic service. I bought a condo with beautiful custom draperies throughout. I had some remodeling done in the condo and the draperies were a major disaster. Bella came in, removed the draperies (and there were very many), cleaned them, repaired some hooks and rehung them. They even brought some sheers back to life that I thought were destined for the dustbin and would have to be replaced. Bella saved me. Very highly recommended.
