Two gents arrived on time (actually, a little early!), to clean two upholstered chairs and an ottoman. They convinced us to also clean our couch and we're happy they did. They were very nice guys and did an excellent job. Would definitely use Bella again.

The cleaning went well. He was on time and the service went quick. I was surprised he did not move the dining room table when he did that carpet. He left foot covers for our use with instructions for the following 24 hours. The carpets looked great when dry.

THEY WERE GREAT!!!! We needed this done quickly and he was able to come get them the next business day. They were taken down, taken to their store, cleaned, then brought back and re-hung all within a week or 10 days (I forget), but it was FAST!) They were nice, professional, and did a GREAT job all-around. He was not pushy at all when I called just to ask. Did tell me that if I chose to take them to a regular cleaners that claims to do draperies (in hopes that the process would be cheaper and/or quicker), to just be careful because custom-made draperies - especially older ones like mine that hadn't been cleaned in 15 years - cannot just be cleaned like regular other clothing. He even recommended another "regular" cleaners that "does drapes well" - again, in case I was trying to find a cheaper price. It was well worth the $25 to have him come out, unhang them, take them, and bring them back and re-hang them (which a regular cleaner would not have done, I'm sure). He got out one nasty stain that we didn't even know how it got there. GREAT business, excellent pricing, and SUPERIOR work. Couldn't be happier!

It turned out great. They showed up on time. They came out cleaner than almost I bought.

For an additional charge, they cleaned the stairs and took out the pet urine. The carpet cleaners were excellent. I thought it was a little pricey, but they did provide great service. (extra $100.00 for stairs, pet urine removal and a $15.00 travel fee). The communication was great, they were right on time and did a great job.

It was a pleasure dealing with Bella Carpet, from scheduling through showing up on time, and doing a great job on my dirty carpet. The two guys that came were fast, courteous and went above and beyond to achieve good results. I would absolutely use their service again. The service was excellent. I was very pleased with them and they were gentlemen. They were good.

Things went fine but there was a lot more to it that we end up paying almost $300 because of the size of the furniture and the deodorizing was more. It was fine but it was a lot more than I expected because you have to pay for them to come out. There were a lot of hidden prices. The people were nice and quick. They did a great job in the end.

The company was very responsive, and easy to set up an appointment with. The two guys who came to clean the couch showed up exactly on time. They were both very friendly, and they liked my dog, which is a big bonus. They made sure to tell me that the door would be open because of the hose to their truck, so I wouldn't have an escapee to worry about. I would probably have had to keep my dog with me anyway though because she really liked these guys and would most likely have been in their way the whole time. This couch was very smelly, and very dirty (it was given to me for free, though, so I'm not complaining). When they left, the couch was clean and smelled so much better. There were a few stains that wouldn't come out, which I already knew was going to happen, and some tears in the fabric which I also already knew about. They made sure I knew about this anyway, before they left. A lot of the stains are gone now, and the ones that are still there are less noticeable. It honestly looks a lot better than I thought it was going to look, so I'm very happy. The sectional has 2 recliners, one on each end. Both recliners were somewhat broken, one worse than the other. One of the guys offered to take a look at them for me (although he did start by saying he didn't really know anything about repairing furniture), and he figured out exactly what was wrong with them -- they were missing a few screws, basically. It should be a pretty easy fix. I'm glad he did that, I would have hated to pay to have the recliners cleaned and then end up having to throw them away anyway. The only possible negative was that they didn't seem to have been told that the deal I had agreed to included deodorizing. They took my word for it though, and didn't charge me any extra. So, no complaints.

The young men were punctual, pleasant, listened well, and efficient.

It was very well done. The technician was very prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Our furniture had taken a beating the last couple years from our son. I didn't look new after the cleaning but it was 100 times better. We were very happy with the service. I'm not sure a trip charge was appropriate because we live in Westchester and their office is in LaGrange, which isn't that far away. But that was the only thing. I would highly recommend Bella to other people.

Cleaning was good. However the Angie's list advertisement was misleading since it said "cleaning for three rooms" but in reality it was for a certain square footage that may /may not have been in the fine print for the Angie's list advertisement. The did a good job and would use their service again!

They were good, did what they were supposed to do and left.

Great job on old furniture.

Thy did a great job. The sofa and chair had lots of cat hair, and because of the extra effort they took, the cat hair is now gone until my guys can work up another supply. The only drawback was having to cancel one appointment because of a broken truck.

Left message on answering machine. Promptly returned call. Showed up on time. Thoroughly cleaned couches. Very professional.

They arrived as scheduled. The work was done well. No complaints.

Gary did a great job. I was able to schedule a time for him to pick up the drapes that was convenient for me, and even though I was a little late in meeting him at the agreed time, he waited for me. It was a pleasant experience working with him, and the drapes look great.

They did a pretty good job except that they charged $15 travel time and they have an office in Skokie and that's where we live. I thought that was inappropriate but everything else I guess was okay. The six feet is not from leg to leg, it's the widest part of the arm rest to the other widest part of the arm rest so they added another 2 feet and that's another $2. They did a pretty good job. They got a couple of stains out that I didn't think that they would get out. I can't really complain about the fact that they charged extra for the length of the couch because it is what it is. Overall, I would give them a positive.

They showed up within the time frame they gave me. Bobby explained the process and what was included in the Big Deal. The Deal didn't cover the hallway or stairs. However, the extra charge was reasonable. He spent extra time and effort on trouble spots and it looks great

Called ahead of time and arrived as scheduled. Found the employee to be courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure if furniture could be steam cleaned or had to be dry cleaned. He assured me after checking the fabric that either one was ok, but since they weren't that dirty suggested I go with the dry cleaning which I did. Worked quickly and efficiently and even did my arm rests. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again. Next time I'll have them clean my carpet.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon. They did a great job on furniture and there were additional cost and everything but it was so well worth the money. They did a fine job on the furniture. They were real friendly and explained to me what they were doing because I had a lot of questions. I had to pay extra as I had loose cushions on the couch and it was still worth the money but it came out quite a bit more than I was anticipating. They were quick and professional. The work they did was wonderful. They were two hours early.

Service was done quickly and with much professionalism. I would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a fantastic job. The technician was friendly and he really worked hard to make sure the carpet looked the best it could.
