The technicians arrived promptly, and were very courteous and explained the cleaning process thoroughly. They took the time to answer any and all questions that I had. The Big Deal was for $99.00 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning that did not exceed 500 ft. However I only had 2 rooms of carpeting to clean. Before they started I asked them if they could also clean 6 upholstered dining room chairs. They said that they could and quoted me the price for the chairs, which was $24.00 for each chair. I agreed to that price.They cleaned the 2 rooms and then cleaned the 6 dining room upholstered chairs. I am extremely pleased with all of the work performed, especially the chairs because I was thinking that they would have to be re-upholstered. But all of the small stains came out. They did excellent work and were very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They did their job. They were on time. They were efficient and quick. I had no problems with them. I did not pay them anything other than the big deal purchase. Their price was reasonable.

The provider told me the whole job would take about 3 1/2 to 4 hours and gave me the opportunity to take my car out of the garage since once he started he wouldn't be able to move his van, which I appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently. We had a couple of stains that I had pointed out to him and he kept me updated as to whether or not he was able to remove them. In the cases where he couldn't get them out he offered other options to "fix" them ranging from trimming the carpet to cutting out the spot and patching it (none of which I took, but still nice to have options). He finished the job in the time frame he gave me and I was very pleased with it. He moved the small pieces of furniture and elevated other ones on blocks. I will definitely use Bella in the future.

Everything turned out very nice! They did an excellent job. Scheduling went very well and they came in a timely manner. They were professional and they were efficient. We had some terrible stains that we felt we may need to replace it and they were able to get the stains out perfectly. They were very accomodating to the fact that I had other workers in the house.

I ordered a "Big Deal" for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $99. I also had two hall ways and two sets of stairs done, plus one more room - all told about 900 sq. ft. I also had them put scotch guard down. The tech was great - on time, friendly and professional. He told me the cost ahead of time, and then did the work. The carpets were in horrible shape, and I wasn't sure if he could do much with them, but when he finished they looked so much better! There were a few stains that just wouldn't come out, but considering where they started, it was terrific. Most of the rooms looked like new again. I was very happy with the results and the service, and I would definitely use Bella again.

This was my first time using a vendor from Angie's list and I could not be happier! Gary was professional and punctual. Appointment times were always kept and Gary always called to confirm the times. Drapes were beautifully cleaned and rehung. They look terrific!

The next day we observed a couple of spots that were still there and called to ask about them. Gary offered to have someone come back out. They were out 2 days later and took care of the spots completely. We are very satisfied and will use Bella again in the future.

Gary came exactly when he promised, gave me an approx. cost (final price determined by extent of repair) and removed the drapes. He told me when he would return, called me the day before to confirm and brought my "like new" dining room drapes back and rehung them. I've had them cleaned before and they NEVER looked this good! The repair was beautifully done as was the rehanging. I would STRONGLY recommend Bella and Gary!

I purchased a coupon on Angies List and it cost me about 100 and then I needed by stairs cleaned too on top of the coupon price. They were really great and the carpet looks very nice. I would definetly use them again.
