They did a fantastic job on the couch. There was some additional costs that I didn't expect. One of those costs that was not written on the "big deal" was a gas charge. This is for the generator and not the truck. I told them that since it was not on the coupon I didn't think it was right and they removed the fee. Overall, they did a great job.

The company came in May and seemed to do a very thorough job. The technician was here for about an hour and a half. We pointed out that the sofa and the recliner had definite areas that needed cleaning apparently due to the microfiber fabric picking up (grease?) from our heads. We asked him if he could remove those stains and he said he could. When the furniture dried hours later, it the stains were still there. They were not as dark, but they were still quite pronounced. I contacted the company and they set up another appointment. A different technician came out and focused on those stains and was successful. I gave them an A because overall they did a good job and followed up with the timely second treatment.

They were very professional . Arrived on time and did an excellent job.They even got out a few coffee stains. I have recommended them to family and friends.

They did a very good job. They also cleaned the stairs and the landing, in addition to the three rooms. It only took a half day to do.

It went fine. They were on time and effeicient but more expensive than previous companies.

Wonderful, would deff use again. He was on time, explained one or two small spots that couldn't get out, I expected that he would have some problems as the couch was old but still in good shape. Because of the distance there was a extra charge but that was expected and I was prepared for it. I found him to be very professional and pleasant. He did the job quickly and the sofa looks better than it has in many years. Next on my list is to have the carpet cleaned and I will call them to do the job, I'm sure I will be just as satisfied with the carpet cleaning as I am with the sofa cleaning.

Our carpets are wool and after the finished there were streaks in some areas. WE could not figure out why then, or even now why this happened and they are still there, but this company came out twice to rectify the problem. They were wonderful and always listened and try to problem solve.

It turned out good. They came out pretty quick. They came out when I called. I did ask them to do some additional work. They were friendly, prompt, and clean. It did not take very long. I would use them again.

They were very courteous. Two guys came and moved furniture so they could clean under them. They also left the furniture on lifts so that the carpeting could air dry. They left explicit explanation that the furniture have to be in lifts for 3 days to allow for drying. Both were in my home for about 5 hrs and were very thorough. This was the third time I have used them. The first time they also did all my drapes and custom valances. I will call them again. Gar the owner is very responsive. You get a discount with repeat business.

From beginning to end working with Bella was a breeze. Phone calls were returned promptly and an appointment was made. The technician arrived on time, was kind, clean and courteous. He worked diligently and with care and completed his job in a timely manner. He gave me carpet treatment options and the cost for each and left me with specific drying instructions, I was not left with questions. Our carpets that I was about to replace look and smell great and I can put off replacing them for a few more years.

They sent one man who did a very through cleaning of the areas I pointed out. I had never had my carpet professionally cleaned and was impressed with how hard this young man worked. I will definitely use their service again.

Bella cleaning does a very good job. I was taken aback when I was asked to add a $15.00 gas charge. I did not read this in the original ad but after rechecking, it is there. I also see that seniors are entitled to a 10% discount. I am obviously a senior (14 great grandchildren) but this was not offered to me. They do agreat job and my carpeting looks fine. Louis is a very fine young represenative of this co. I would use them again

Gary responded promptly to my AL email. His man was on time and called me with a quote for the extra rooms and stairway I had added. He was not pressurizing but I did ultimately add the $100 worth of Scotch guard myself. When I came back from work, all said rooms and stairways were super clean and the filthy stairways look all new again. He has clearly taken the effort to move small and some large items laying on the floor and I am glad he did.

My wife loved these folks. They worked hard and were very professional. Arrived when they said they would and did a very good job. My wife gives them an A+. A two man crew did the job and at first we were only going to have one bedroom and the hallway done. When my wife saw the quality of their work she added on the additional bedrooms. We had not prepared those rooms for carpet cleaning but the men pitched right in and helped move things around so they could complete their work. This was something I truly appreciated since I am getting older and moving furniture around is not something I can do easily anymore. I would hire these folks again anytime.

There were several spots on the carpet. When they left, it seemed that they had gotten the spots out. However, once dry, almost all of the spots returned. In addition, there was a $15 travel fee that I was unaware of and didn't see written in the Angie's List coupon. A little annoyed about having to spend $15 more.
