I said all I want to say above, I was very disappointed , the chair was very important to me.

They came out right away. They went above and beyond. The package was for a couch and chair, I didn't have a chair so instead he did my throw pillows. He is very thorough. It saved me from getting a new couch.

Gino was promt, courteous and very personable. Cleaning,delivery and rehanging went better than expected. Would recommend Bella Custom Cleaning.

The two young men that Bella sent were very pleasant and informative. They arrived on time, did a great job and it did not take more than two hours. I plan to have them come back and clean the family room furniture.

The workmen were courteous and arrived on time.They did a great job - the carpet was very dirty and stained. It looks like new now. My main complaint is that I could not schedule a time frame for the job when I made the appointment. Not even my request for morning would be considered and it ended up being a mid-afternoon time frame. I have not encountered that before with carpet cleaning, so they would not be my first choice in the future.It is difficult to hold an entire day open for a couple hour job. The price ended being more than the $99.00 Big Deal. The 3 rooms were more than 500 square feet, which was the $99 limit. The stairs were extra and there was a $15 set up fee.

Work was done poorly. Extras were added that should have been included. They really didn't do much and certainly did not do what I expected. Price for extras was high, especially since you couldn't tell if anything was actually done. Workers kept shoes on in house and did not use foot covers. If you ever want to use this company, I suggest that you be very careful. If there is a "deal", you need to go over the fine print with a fine tooth comb. If there is any ambiguity at all, rest to shirt, they will nail you. This was one of the few times that I actually felt ripped off. Never again.

He has tried to be really helpful we just can't get together on a date.

They were on time, prompt and they did a good job.

The provider was on time. They were courteous and quickly completed the job. There were no issues with the job they completed. We used an Angie's List deal for $99 to pay for their service. We were charged an additional fee for the miles traveled and for additional footage on the sofa cleaning. Before I purchased the service I researched the miles and I thought I was within the distance to not be charged an additional fee. In addition, our sofas are not stardard size, but very small. Therefore, if you have a standard size sofa, expect to be paying an additional fee.

It went okay, they did a decent job. They were prompt and did a good job. They were professional, they came in, did the job and answered questions that I asked. There was nothing out of the ordinary.

Overall, I am very happy with the quality of the cleaning services provided by Bella Custom Cleaning. The service representative, Jonathan, was very punctual and professional. I purchased a Deal of $99 for 3 Rooms of Carpet Cleaning. When I asked Jonathan if he could also clean a sofa, he was happy to accommodate me and even gave me the 20% discount advertised on their website. The only downside to my experience was that Gary, the owner, did not let me know what time they would be coming until the day of the appointment. However, he was very flexible with scheduling the day of my appointment.

Everything was fine. I don't recall much about it.

Warning, LOTS of hidden costs here. Our couch and love seat measured a little bit over their terms and it ended up costing us $60 on top of the $99 we already paid. They also tried to charge us a "travel" fee but I looked up the zip code that they said had to be within 15 miles and we were only 10 miles away. They also charged for cleaning the back cushions of the couch. The ad said "loose pillows" were extra but I figured that meant if we had throw pillows, not the actual cushions that make up the couch. I asked the guy, "So if these pillows were sewn onto the couch they wouldn't be extra?" and he said no. I almost got out my needle and thread! I felt bad for the workers, it wasn't their fault, and they clearly get this a lot. They tried to make up for it by using a deodorizer but it just reeks! I had to have the windows open for weeks, and the smell is still not gone. It smells like a gallon of cheap perfume was spilled on the sofas. This ad needs to be more clear, I felt ripped off.

Gary called on Thursday to let me know the crew would show up between 9A and 11A on Friday. They arrived around 10A and introduced themselves and Martin and his partner began setting up to clean the couch. I was concerned because the stains had been on the couch for awhile but once they started working, the stains seemed to just disappear. They did a great job and they said the couch would look better once it was dry. They were very nice and personable and explained what they were doing. I asked for an estimate to clean the carpet which I will do at a later date. I couldn't be more please with the service and the price.

They were on time, pleasant & did a great job. Went over spotted areas, carpets & chair. Turned out great.

Called them about a sour smell a day after. Gary returned my call right away and explained what it could be. I did what he suggested and it worked out great.

I was satisfied. I thought the carpet was awfully wet after they had finished for such a big powerful machine on a truck-mounted one. They were quick and courteous. I would use them again and recommend them. It ended up being more than the big deal. I had them do the stairs to the second story of our home. I paid $154 for an up-charge for travel and the stairs worth $30. I was happy with the service and I'd recommend using them again.

Excellent work. Work was done efficiently, thoroughly, with great attention to detail. Had spots on the dining room chairs that I wasn't sure would come out and all came out. Technician checked all areas with me when finished for quality. I was very, very pleased with the work and would definitely hire this carpet cleaner again.

The service went extremely well. They were easy to contact and flexible with our schedule. They did exactly what the deal stated and even cleaned an area rug free of charge. I paid an additional fee to have a stain reduction treatment applied. They were not satisfied with what they could do while at my home so they took the rug to their location and were able to bring it back in perfect condition. The owner was the one who brought back the rug and I was very impressed by that. One technician came out for the job and was very efficient. I was very impressed with the fact that they put Styrofoam blocks under each piece of furniture so it would not leave marks on the carpets after they were cleaned.

Went well - was quick, couches looked great, smelled great.

Great job. Arrived on time. Went to work quickly. Pretreated problem areas. Completed job without wasting time and the results were great.

JONATHAN FROM BELLA CLEANED 4 ROOMS, A HALLWAY AND 12 STEPS. HE WAS ALONE AND THEREFORE IT TOOK LONGER THAN NORMAL. BUT, HE DID A GOOD JOB BY HIMSELF.

The gentlemen were courteous and took their time to make sure the job was done correctly. They are in demand because I had to schedule two weeks ahead of time. I can see why. I will use them again. My furniture has years of newness back to them.

The guys that came & cleaned my couch were polite, showed up on time & did a good job. I gave them a B overall, however, because upon arrival, after I had already paid $100 via Angie's List deal, they charged me another $45 because the couch had removable cushions & was apparently larger than the size indicated in the coupon. (It's not a big couch) Bottom line, I think the 50% up-charge upon arrival was a bit sketchy but otherwise was fine.

It went as they said it would.
