Great job and the two guys that did the work are super nice. Very professional and the carpet looked amazing. I will use them any time I have my carpet cleaned.

They did a fine job, but charged us extra because the sofa was a few inches wider than the fine print of their advertised price. They also charged separately for couch back pillows because they are not attached.

I guess they sealed the grout, but it's hard to tell. We haven't spilled anything on the grout yet to see if it is actually sealed or not, but when it gets wet the water seems to soak in, so I'm not sure it's really sealed. Also, there was overspray (?) or something all over the bottom part of our cabinets that we had to clean ourselves. I guess because we got the deal they didn't want to do a perfect job.

Went very well. The carpet is old and had some pet stains. He did a great job with what he had to work with. we were very pleased. This is the second time we have used Bella Carpet Cleaning and they are great.

The details in the deal said they can schedule with 1 month. When I called them hey said it would be a month after that. I got it refunded.

Went very well. Tech was very courteous, helped me move a hope chest, was on time, and finished in an hour and 20 minutes. We bought the BIG Deal for $99, though they were up front that there would be $15 tacked on for gas and set-up fee. And since we went over the 500 SF allotment, we paid the extra $17 to cover the difference. Still a reasonable deal.

They were amazing and very punctual.

This work was under an Angies List special offer. This provider went above and beyond in cleaning the carpets and spent extra time on an area rug that needed it. The only surprise was an extra charge of around $25 for doing the work in a "hi-rise" apartment building, which was not mentioned in the offer.

The service provided was great. The service person arrived on time, was professional and took his time to steam clean the grout on the tile in our foyer, powder room and kitchen. They also sealed the grout which was really needed. The finished product is awesome! I definitely recommend Bella with one caveat. The day before the work was done we were contacted to confirm the appointment and were told that there was a $15.00 fuel surcharge that we had to pay when the service was performed. No where in the information provided by Angie's List nor any communication from Bella up to that point was there any mention of a fuel surcharge. Honestly, it was only $15.00 but this should have been communicated clearly and upfront, not slipped in at the last minute. This is the only reason I did not give an A for the price. This is the only negative comment that I can give on Bella, the work that was performed was above average.

Used the $99 Angies List deal and then opted for the additional scotch guarding which cost $117 extra. It was money well spent. The sectional looks like it is brand new. All communication was timely and I will be using their services again.

The service was good and the technicians professional. However, I am giving a bad review because they employ misleading pricing tactics. We hired them because of their $99 special. But then they have a $15 gasoline surcharge. It is false advertising. What is next; a $99 special , with a surcharge to pay for the people doing the work? On top of that, gas prices had started falling. In fairness they did tell me before they started the work; but they had already arrived and setup in my house.

As I mentioned above, I did my homework. I knew there were going to be additional charges on top of the $99 deal. There was a $15 gas charge, didn't like it :) but it's clearly stated and they do service a large territory. I also have a large sectional that is 12 feet long, so I knew that the special was for 10 feet of couch... each foot was an additional up charge AND each loose back cushion was an additional amount as well. It's all clearly stated on their website. Louis and Reuben were very professional and wore booties through the house make sure not to track outside dirt through the wood floors and carpeted areas. Gary was readily available as well on the day of service too and answered additional questions we had. Our couch is microfiber and there are myths out there not to get the couch scotch guarded - HOWEVER after doing more research and talking to Gary we went for that additional charge as well. I think we even purchased the couch with stain protection but my wife couldn't remember. Our couch is only about 6 years old but with two boys we had a few water spills/marks that left 'rings' after cleanup and now our couch looks brand new. We are totally satisfied with the purchase and job completion. We didn't know how the color would look after, but they did an amazing job and we have a darker green fabric and it still looks fabulous. Be sure to allow time for your couch to dry. I think they quoted us 15 hrs up to 24 on their site - but we have a large two story family room with a ceiling fan and I brought in two oscillating fans as well... we still waited a good day before putting it all back together, but like I said it was worth it. Now we just have to encase it in plastic like our great grandparents did back in the day... LOL just kidding. We are looking at getting our carpeting cleaned and asked for a price quote and Louis provided that without hesitation. We will be using them again. So in the end we bought the $99 deal and had an additional charge of $147 based on gas charge, the size of the couch, cushion count and scotch guard protection. Thanks again Gary and team!

The experience was overall positive. The owner of the business, Greg, was responsive. We scheduled an appointment after a couple of emails. The day of the appointment he was very courteous and professional with me. I was running late a bit the day of the appointment. He was willing to accommodate and not simply re-schedule.

Louis and Ruben did an excellent job. I asked if, since I did not have a loveseat to clean, they would clean a nearby spot on the carpet near the couch. They cleaned the entire area of the carpet surrounding the couch. Almost an entire room. Wow -- I was impressed! I now know who to contact to clean my carpets!!

I was totaly satisfied with them, except they stuck me with a $15.00 gas charge in addition to the Angie's List $99.00 special price.

Prompt, courteous, professional, fast, thorough. My couch did not end up being within the specifications of the deal, but they started work anyway while we worked it out. I did not mind paying extra, as once the measurement limits were drawn to my attention, it was obviously a fair charge, but I gave price a 'B' just because I had to look twice. They did leave coupons for discount in the future that will likely make up for the unexpected (but fair!) charge. I will definitely use them again.

The crew was on time and ready to work. The grout was in pretty bad shape from years of ground in dirt and now it looks almost new. There were a few tough stains that the guys worked h****** and I was amazed they got them as clean as they did. No complaints about the workmanship at all! I will definitely use them again, especially now that I know they do blinds too.

I purchased an angie's list deal for the cleaning of 3 rooms. The surface area of our 2 rooms equaled the 3 rooms so they cleaned the two rooms for us. They called promptly to schedule the cleaning. They showed up on time. There was an unexpected gas and transportation fee that was added to the service that I discussed with the owner and then agreed to pay. It was around $20. They did a nice job cleaning the carpet. One man did the work and it took a little while. After the carpet dried I noticed one area that I really wanted cleaned looked lighter but not completely clean. The company called to follow up on the service and when I indicated that a spot reappeared they quickly scheduled a time to come back out and reclean. This is the second time I have used the service and overall I am very happy with their service.

As above. It was a great experience. It did take a few days for the carpets to dry as it was very humid that week. They knew that was an issue and gave suggestions to help with the drying. I have recommended them to friends already and will continue to do so.

They are professional, courteous and great to have. They removed all of the stains. We could not be happier!

The company never contacted me to schedule an appointment.
