They are wonderful. They are tremendous. They were great. I used them twice. I've got 25 foot drapes and they came back and hung them. They even found a little rip in them and patched it. What stood out was the promptness. They were here exactly when they were supposed to be. They did their work and the work was fabulous especially the one hey did with the drapery. The man came here and took them down, he cleaned them, he brought them back and hung them for us. They are beautiful. my drapes must be about 15 years old. They are getting old and I'm going to get new ones. When I bought the material for this, it cost me like 400 dollars for the drapes alone. When I went to reprice them, they were at 2500.

The service was fine. I didn't think it was special but they did a good job. They came on time.

The couch and recliner look beautiful. Really brightened the fabric of all the items. Got a spot out of the cushion of the loveseat I didn't think would come out. Worked on the recliner and really decreased the significant amount of pet hair imbedded in the fabric (both cat and dog, the fabric is a looser woven fabric which imbeds pet hair unlike the couch and loveseat. Everything I have tried to remove it has had limited success.) It was worth having the items professionally cleaned. They look so much better . Definitely cut down on the dust mites which was an added plus. Had all three items treated with a stain guard. Polite and on time. Considering how lousy the weather was, very clean. Very happy with the service, recommend them! There is an earlier review that talks about the pricing. Accurate. That review was part of the reason I choose them. Cost $99 for deal to clean a couch and chair + 289 for two additional throw pillows, extra furniture, Scotchgarding and set up charge. They are upfront about the cost before they start. They offer deodorizing but; if you choose not to have it done, honor your decision and don't try to hard sell you anything. Something I appreciated.

Bellla custom cleaning were hired to clean our cream colored sofas, which had started to look dirty and a little stained. Bella custom cleaning provided excellent service. The sofas look really clean and freshened up. They arrived on time (actually a little early) and set everything up. They had covers for their shoes on, which i appreciated because we don't wear shoes inside the apartment. It took them around 2 hours or so to clean. The sofas took about 8-10 hours to dry. They were able to remove almost all stains. The servicers were very professional and courteous. I had bought the $99 deal. The fine print says that there is an extra gas fee (i was told that this is a charge because the machine used to cleanup is powered by their van). Also there are extra fees if the total length of the sofa is above a certain length and pillows are extra and so is scotch garding. But these fees shouldn't be surprises as they are mentioned in the fine print. The fees do add up quickly.

I purchased an Angie's special from Bella's, and was able to schedule an appointment for the day/time of my choice. 2 young men came, who could not have been more pleasant. They looked, they cleaned, and they left. My only complaint is relatively minor, but I wish they would have given me an estimate of how long it would take for the sofa to dry. Happily, it was winter, and my forced air, electric heat was on; it was so dry in my home that the sofa dried overnight. It is a wet process, not soaking, but wet. They assured me it was non-toxic, and there was no smell! I hate perfumes, and cleaning product odors. There was none. My sofa was clean and fresh, and poufy! I am very happy with the service,

Technicians were a n time and professional. Reviewed all areas of work, made estimate and reviewed. Completed work in less than 2 hours. Cleaned up, and left house in good shape. Very professional.

They showed up on time, they were kind, courteous and professional. They did a thorough job and I would hire them again!

We’ve used them for years! They came in on time and on budget. They do a good job. They cleaned a sectional couch with pillows and applied scotch-guard. They do a thorough job and do the work relatively quickly. I would recommend them to anybody!

Then service went well. I paid an additional fee to also have them clean the hallway and traffic areas. One technician came out and completed the job in about 40 minutes. He was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He paid attention to the cleaning he was doing and scheduling was not an issue.

Paid for 3 rooms but only needed a basement (close to 2 rooms worth) and steps done. They showed up when they said they would, measured and agreed it was fair to include the steps and they did a very good and efficient job.

Everything went well with the cleaning, however, they don't tell you that there is a $15 gas charge and that they charge their normal rate if your furniture is over their size requirements.

Great folks to deal with; a very good customer experience

This company does not do the kind of work I need completed. They were great at communicating though, and were quick to answer all of my questions.

Bella did an outstanding job. They picked up the drapes just before Xmas and delivered after the holidays. They were very courteous and I was very pleased.

They weren't able to finish cleaning the kitchen and couldn't do the hall because of the extreme cold and their hose freezing up. Parts of the floor looked terrible. I had to clean them and return all the furniture and other things sitting on the floors. They offered to return another day and do the entire thing over again, but I was having guests and didn't want to have to move everything a second time. They agreed to give me a refund. However, Angie's List would not give a refund, stating that it was past the date of a refund. They said I could have a credit towards another "Big Deal" but it had to be used by May. There isn't any "Big Deal" I need nor want in the next 4 months. I finally requested that Angie's List simply pay Bella Custom Cleaning for the work they did, but Angie's List hasn't let me know if they did this or not. I put Angie's List in the "Penalty Box."

There were 2 technicians who came. They took a look at each piece of furniture and assessed the wear on the fabric and what they felt they could do. They treated any spots, then thoroughly cleaned each piece of furniture. When done, they again showed me any areas they felt were not up to their standards because of wear. They were very thorough and their quality of their work was excellent.

After I purchased the deal they responded quickly to get this scheduled through email. They ended up informing me that they do not perform this service on marble. I did inform them that they should have indicated that they do not clean marble on the deal. I am cancelling the deal and requesting a refund.

Martin was punctual, friendly, and put on booties to enter my home. While this was not the cheapest clean my sectional has ever seen, it was by far the best. Martin moved furniture to access and clean spots that are rarely seen; he also took apart the sectional to clean in between pieces. It hasn't looked this good since it was delivered to my home. In other words, this was worth every penny.

Cleaned, deoderized, pet-proofed our couch and loveseat. Very professional, explained what's and why's for all the services. Courteous, pleasant, and considerate.

The gentlemen were very nice and worked quickly. The couch has been through a lot from party spills so I knew only so much could be done...with that said I felt they did an acceptable job. I was not blown away by how clean the couch was but it could be very possible they did the very best they could. I believe their professionalism and price were their best assets. I cannot judge quality accurately because I have nothing to compare their results (first time having a couch cleaned). If I want cleaning done after a party/event for my furniture, I would definitely use them again (general cleaning). If I need a deep thorough cleaning, I would consider someone else. Bottom line: Professional/Courteous even with low price!

Company is very easy to do business with. They cleaned our carpets perfectly. The do not repair grout though.

The provider moved my furniture for me (fantastic, as I had shoulder surgery and couldn't use my right arm). The carpet was stained and looked dingy (only 3 yrs old) but after Bella finished it looked like new. The person from Bella was helpful, experienced and polite. I would definitely use this provider again.
