They were on time and the work was great

It went really well and they did good work, however, I wish the pricing would have been a little more honest up front.

Picked up the draperies at my home. Cleaned and rehung them at my home. Very professional. Took great care when rehanging drapes. Had to move some furniture. Very careful. Would recommend and use the service again.

I didn't get it done because of the additional costs that were involved for my furniture , plus the added cost of gas money that they asked for. It's unfair and because of this vendor I am quitting my Angie's List membership. I thought that the whole idea of Angie's List was to protect consumers form garbage like this!

I havne't seen the job, but my tenant said they did good work. HOWEVER, I was very surprised when the owner told me there was an additional $15 gasoline / travel charge, which I paid via credit card on the day of service.

I just got new drapes so I haven't needed the cleaning service recently. I was pretty impressed with them. I think I've used them about 3 different times. I don't do it that often because it is expensive. It's dining room and living room and then they charge per pleat. It's a lot of money if you have it done right because they press them. I was impressed because they accidentally shrunk them and he took them back to stretch them and brought them back the following week. He was very conscientious. It took a week. They come and pick them up and then a week later they come and rehang them for you. I would definitely recommend them.

I was a little apprehensive about having the sofa cleaned, being Micro-fiber, but it turned out beautifully, looks as good as new! All of the pieces came out better than I dared to hope, as the area rug is getting a bit old and the bench is a favorite of our little Papillon, in fact I think it belongs to him now. I have recommended Bella Custom cleaning to my neighbors as well, and think some may have already called them. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a great job and they cleaned it good. They did not charge me more. I would use them again. They worked steady and I thought the price was good for what they did. If I had gone somewhere else it would have cost me double. They called me immediately and set up an appointment and they were right on time when they came. They waited outside for my husband to open the door. They were very professional. They came in checked the room, told me what they were going to do, how long it would take and they worked steady until they were done.

Appreciated the call the day before and the call confirming work was completed -- as well as directions about when to remove furniture pads. Cleaning seemed particularly detail oriented -- such as removing vent plates! Added to thoroughness of the job.

They were very prompt, they did an excellent job! After they were finished, I saw some spots that were still left, but without any hesitation they came out to fix it. I was very impressed

No pressure to add more services to increase the price. Efficient, polite, perfect! I recommend.

We were going to replace these chairs because they are l light cream color and were pretty dirty. I didn't think that cleaning would do the trick, but we received an email about an Angies's List special - any 2 pieces of furniture cleaned for $99 so I gave it a try. The tech (I think his name was Louis) arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and neat. He worked for over an hour on these chairs and the results were excellent! We couldn't be more pleased with the service and will definitely use this provider again.

The service had to be delayed three times due to extreme weather conditions. Each time I was called well in advance so I wouldn't have to wait for them. When they did come, they were prompt, professional, and did a good job. i would definitely use them again.

All furniture was cleaned to my satisfaction.

The carpet cleaner came here on time. Was professional, hardworking and pleasant. My carpeting had some terrible cat vomit stains from when she had a food allergy. All the stains are gone. The carpet looks like new. I'm very happy with their work.

The couches look brand new.

Bella responded quickly to my inquiry. We were able to set up an appointment in the time frame I needed. Appointment was confirmed the day prior. The two technicians were on-time, friendly and efficient. My grout was pretty filthy, yet the job was done in less than :90 minutes and they did a fine job. I was pleased with their service and would recommend them.

Gary came to give me an estimate within a week of when I called. He could have come sooner but I was trying to coordinate his visit with painting I was having done. He took the drapes and blinds the same day and reinstalled them a week later. When he reinstalled the drapes he also cleaned the fabric finials. The quality of the cleaning was excellent; they even got old water stains out of the sheers. I'd definitely call them again.

The 2 men that came were on time and professional. I was just disappointed that the grout did not come clean. It really wasn't any better than before when I did it with my shark steamer. I didn't like that I had to pay $15.00 fee in cash for traveling. That should of state when I hired them. Nothing was said until the night before when they called to tell me exactly what time to expect them.

They were a day late due to being backed-up, but they arrived promptly the next day in the late morning. They spent all the time necessary to do a good job, and restored the couch to as close as like-new as it probably will get. Not the cheapest out there, but these guys do top-shelf work. I'll use them in the future.

I wanted a general cleaning. The price was based off the perimeter of the couch and I paid extra for pillows. They were out here for about 2-3 hours.

Great service however he showed up wanting more money for gas. I said no because the deal was the deal and there was nothing in there about an additional charge for their gas costs. I had to talk to the owner.
