Very professional, very friendly, explained the procedure, was very thorough and cleaned the area completely before leaving.

The work was good but they were very late. I had a busy schedule to keep that afternoon and they showed up about 1.5 hours after we had agreed to. Not a huge deal but inconvenient.

It went fine. The carpeting looks so much better. They were ontime and professional. Only negative was that it took a while to find out for sure what date and time they were coming...communication in advance of service was slightly lacking. But after that, all was very good.

Two young guys came on time. They were actually able to come much earlier as a morning appt. cancelled. The items look nice and clean! Had not cleaned them over 10 years! i purchased the $99 deal but price went up to $117K extra.. Be prepared to pay extra for throw pillows, ottoman and scotch guarding. Would recommend!

The guys were super nice. Did a fantastic job once again.

I can't say I was overly impressed. I wasn't told that there would be a $15.00 transportation charge.

They came out and charged me and extra $15 for a service call fee. It was not stated in the big deal. They also hand measured all the rooms when they came out I found that to be extremely unprofessional and tacky. They did an ok job. I am happy with it. They were nice and and friendly.

Nice job. The grout was very dirty and I thought they did an excellent job. I would be happy to use this company again. There were no issues. On time, clean and professional.

Terry was the tech that Bella Cleaning sent out to clean my grandmother's thirty year old sofa. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Because the sofa was so old he suggested we first try to dry clean it. The procedure removed some of the dirt, but not to our liking. Terry then suggested steam cleaning the sofa and explained to me some of the things that could happen with the procedure and what the feel would be like afterwards. He stated that he would groom the sofa after cleaning it in order for it not to feel rough. At the end of the day, everything went off with out a hitch. The sofa look great, considering its 30 yrs old and off white. Terry did an amazing job and I would definitely hire him and the company again. Look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

It took a bit of coordinating to get a date, but once we were able to schedule it was fine. We did have to pay a $15 travel fee, but were notified in advance. We are very happy with the results. We will probably call them back to clean the carpet at a later time.

Bella was prompt and arrived at scheduled time. They were quick with their equipment and got the job done in the allotted time. We asked if they could clean one extra piece of furniture and they said that it wouldn't be a problem. We enjoyed their professionalism and would hire them again next year.

Everything went great. We had to reach out to them and they were going to come today ironically to do more work for us but we had to cancel the last minute. I wasn’t there but my wife was but from what I’ve heard, everything went very well. She’s very satisfied. We talked to him last week. He said that he was really, really busy. He said that they tried to squeeze something in. He’d call us Monday morning to see what he could do that day and my wife called. Unfortunately, we needed more of a commitment. We needed a yes or no because we have people coming in from out of town to stay with us so we went with a different route. We did reach out to him first to do it.

It went well, they showed up an hour early and got right to it. the young man did a good job. I was surprised that only one person showed up, because I think it would have been difficult for him to move the furniture by himself. Lucky I had moved most of it already myself. FYI there is a $15 gas charge that they tell you about when scheduling appointment.

Bella arrived on time, worked efficiently and did an excellent job. Ceramic tile floors look very good.

We bought a condominium with extremely expensive designer draperies (pleats I've never seen before, gorgeous full length fabrics, ridiculous hardware). I would never ever have spent the kind of money that was spent by the previous owner. Needless to say, there is no way that I would ever pay the replacement cost for these draperies. I trust only Bella to take care of these "investments."

Everything went well, it took about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. The tech took his time and did a very good job. I love the way the tile and grout now look.
