There was a lot of miscommunication, but everything worked out. The days that I requested were not available, so I tried to work with the time frame that was given to me. The day before the cleaning, I was called to confirm the time and found out that I was down for carpet cleaning instead of tile cleaning. My appointment was pushed back another 3 weeks. I wasn't too thrilled with that. I had also explained that I would need services no sooner than 3:30. The day before they were to come out, I was told someone would be there between 12 and 2! Thankfully, I was actually off that day, so it was fine. However, I'm almost positive that my appointment would have been pushed back again if I told them that time wouldn't work. The person that came by to do the cleaning was very personable and did a good job. Our floors looked great. Based on the service that was provided, I would use them again, but would make sure to hash out all details during booking. Also, as others have mentioned, $15 is due in cash the day of service. I read about that in the reviews and was told over the phone when confirming my appointment. It would be nice if this was provided in the service details.

Hidden fees left and right- they don't tell you about the service charges until you call to book. Although I requested dates through Angies List, they never contacted me back to confirm. They were booked for over 2 weeks. I had to proactively reach out. Team did a nice (and quick) job cleaning, but the fees weren't outlined honestly in the deal.

Upon arrival, we walked through and measured the three rooms... the price estimate I had been given was on point. Service was quick and I was very pleased with the work! We had a few stains and they were completely removed. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Finished job was great and didn't take too long. The guy who came was a bit hard to get going with, just a little bit dopey but once he got into it did a professional and fine job. They had a truck break down so had to shift the window to much later in the day but it worked for me that day so no big deal. Definitely a nice cleaning and made an immediate difference to the color and texture of the carpet. Wasn't too wet or too smelly afterward. Would definitely consider using again.

Had to call them back. I still could smell pet urine odors.They were prompt to return and used a stronger deodorizer on the carpet for no extra charge. They also cleaned my drapery last year to perfection and installed the drapes for me. I am very sAtisfied with their work.

it took a bit to confirm the appointment, but once a day and time was agreed upon they were on time. They moved the furniture around and completed cleaning the carpet. The techs were courteous.

They arrived on time, and cleaned my sofa quickly. They removed stains that had been there for awhile. Sofa looked like new when the job was complete. I asked them to then do my headboard and a chair in my bedroom.

They were fantastic. I would give them an A+ for their price and quality. Right across the board, it's an A+. There were some additional charges. We had them do some additional work. We would definitely use them again. We actually paid about $45 on top of what we paid. It was because we had a little more space. It was an extra hallway.

It was great. They were professional. They got here on time and they explained the services to us thoroughly. They did a good job at coming to help us. They charged us more than the $99 deal. We were charged an extra $40 because the lint of our couch was a little over than what they were applying for the offer. The couch turned out great.

We scheduled a carpet cleaning and additional chairs using an Angie's list deal three weeks in advance, and emailed with the Gary (the owner?) about to confirm the date, time, and price for cleaning the additional chairs. He responded quickly with the date. Afterwards I emailed to get the time and the price, to which he responded. After taking the morning off work to be home for cleaning, they were a no-show. When I called to see what was going on, Gary said he did not have it scheduled and that sometimes the Angie's List appointments don't make it in to the system. On further examination he found the emails, and called back to say because I didn't not reconfirm the appointment (after he had provided a date and time), he did not schedule the cleaning. I've never worked with a company that after getting a date and time for a service that a re-confirmation was required. He did offer to reschedule the appointment, but if the first time was handled so badly why would I try again?

Everything went very well. The work was done very professionally in every respect. I would not hesitate to use this company again and would highly recommend them to my friends.

The coupon said $99 for 3 rooms, but I must have missed the small print that said total 500 square ft. hence the one great room and a walk in. There is an additional charge when the tech gets to the home it is $15 so don't be surprised. It is on their Angie's webpage so you can't dispute. Tech was on time and professional. The cleaning made a huge difference since we hadn't had it cleaned in 7 years! The carpeting dried quickly, even for a humid day. The tech put plastic protectors under all the furniture legs which was very nice.

I sent my floor plan before the service and got a quote but I was requested the higher price on the day of the scheduled service. I had no choice and ask them to perform the service with higher price. Becuase I have scheduled other appointments after this service... Quality was good but price and process was not good....
