I have used Bella Cleaning for several years to clean my tacked down carpeting and upholstered furniture. I have off-white carpeting throughout my home, so regular cleaning is a necessity. They have always done an excellent job. They are very responsive to request for estimates and service, are able to schedule work within a short period of time, and arrive as scheduled. Their cleaning team comes in, places plastic sheets or Styrofoam blocks under all furniture, pre-treats heavy traffic areas, cleans the carpet, and then departs leaving my carpets and upholstered furniture thoroughly clean. They also clean drapery, window blinds, and plantation shutters and will be coming to my home next week to provide these services. I will let you know how things turn out. I highly recommend Bella Cleaning and will use them again and again.

My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again.

The blinds in our condo are about 19 years old and I am sure they were never cleaned. Bella came in, cleaned them and now it looks like I have new blinds. They also repaired the clips on one blind. I have area rugs that need cleaning and I will definitely be calling Bella again.

Response was excellent once the service request was made. The weather was brutal during time of service but all service promises kept. My tenants at the service property were happy with the results. My only issue with Bella happened when the estimated service cost vs actual nearly doubled. When questioned adjustments where made. I felt Bella quoted low to acquire the job with their estimate and then failed to honor. My hope to others who consider Bella for services ask for a detailed estimate in writing which disclosures all fees. Service was excellent professionalism was questionable.

The crew showed up right on time and were very thorough and quick. The carpets and rugs look brand new. Very nice and professional.

I first used Bella Custom Cleaning with an Angie's List deal, but have also used them several times since. They have cleaned sofas, recliners, area rugs, and dining room chair seats for us. I'm always happy with the work they do. Everything ends up nicely cleaned, and the workers are careful not to make a mess! They are flexible with changes (I always forget to ask about cleaning a small upholstered bench when I first call; they have no problem adding this on when they arrive for cleaning day).

Excellent. He was punctual, efficient, and the work was well done.

I was impressed by the detail attention. Listened to any specific requests and evidence furniture was moved when requested, and pads put under furniture when possible. The blind cleaning this firm does is difficult to get done -- either by other firms or on your own! I liked the frankness and honesty of the spokesperson; took a little longer than expected, but the job was worth it.

They did an excellent job. He asked about both dirt and pet stains, I wanted addressed. He took a picture of a stain he wasn't able to remove to show to me me. He handled it perfectly. It was a stain that was there since I moved into the place and no one's been able to remove it. I asked how often I should get my carpet cleaned an he recommended 11-12 months, which I though was an extremely reasonable answer.

Service team was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately my walls to a bit of a beating with the hose lines and equipment being moved.

The technicians from Bella were excellent -- would definitely hire again.

Bella helped do water removal after a sump pump failure in my basement. They responded quickly and did a good job cleaning up the mess. I have also used them for carpet cleaning in the past, and would recommend them.

They are excellent and we would highly recommend them. They got out some very nasty dog stains and we will use them again.

I bought the "big deal". The first cleaning was ok, but there were few spots need further attention. I emailed Gary the pictures and he sent a crew for 2nd cleaning. My wife was home for the 2nd cleaning. I found the result somehow was worse than after 1st cleaning.

Had to pay for high rise even though we’re only on the 2nd floor, otherwise great!

Gary (the owner) 's crew always does a great job and all techs are pleasant and professional. They took extra time to pre-treat and deodorize an area of the carpet where my cat with intestinal lymphoma had several accidents. The odor is gone!

Bella's was a great choice to clean our couch and two chairs -- they were very responsive, communicated well and our tech did an excellent job. We received a phone call from them a week later asking if we were satisfied with the work.

Arrived on time android a thorough cleaning of my living room furniture. I had additional pieces that were not covered by the promotion and they offered a reasonable and fair price to included that furniture.

They were very responsive, making an appointment to be onsite only a business day or two after being called. The technician was polite and answered questions before beginning the job. The process only took a few hours and once the grout had fully dried the floor looked almost new. I had never tried having a tile floor professionally cleaned and I am very pleased with the result. Bella did a great job and I would use them again.
