The cleaning process went well. It was fairly painfree as Bella was able to get access to both their truck and a faucet to run the equipment. When they were done the grout looked as good as new.

Not so good. They didn't really clean the grout so well but the guy did tell me that I could call the owner back and he took pride in things and all that stuff and he'd come back out, but I haven't call him to come back out, but I'm gonna do that. They came maybe 2 weeks ago. There were some travel charge. For the work that was done, it was way too expensive. Punctuality was okay. Professionalism was good.

They were very prompt and completed the work very nicely and efficiently. Would definitely have them come back again.

From the scheduler to the technicians who cleaned the carpets, everyone at Bella was extremely professional and helpful. The technicians arrived promptly as scheduled and efficiently went about the task at hand. They prepped the rooms, i.e. moved furniture and protected the wall corners with protective barriers efficiently and carefully. The two technicians worked well together, were friendly and accommodating. I had hoped the carpets would have come out looking a little cleaner than they did, but not from lack of trying on Bella's part and there was a noticeable difference. I appreciated the fact that the carpets were soft after they dried. The technicians provided top-notch customer service!

We had some scheduling issues but when the appointment was set the service provider showed up on time within the two hour window. They were on the premises about an hour. 99% of the floors were done in great fashion but there were a couple of spots near the toilet where the grout was still a bit stained. It was just a couple of inches and in judging the areas that were hit they did fine. The only problem was they requested a "fuel" surcharge of $15 payment required at their visit. I asked why this was not mentioned in the Angie's List promotion and the serviceman indicated that Angie's List would not allow that to be included in the ad. His words. That $15 of course is outside the "Big Deal" and the provider does not have to share it. The fuel they use to get to my place is the cost of doing business and should not be surcharged.

Got an appointment within 3 days of purchasing deal. Gentlemen were very courteous and contentious . Rugs look amazing, since they had not been done in a few years. Great job guys. Will definitely use again

Service was great! Never thought carpet could get so clean after having two other companies shampoo with no success. I now love my carpet all over again!

Technician was pleasant, professional, efficient, and very accommodating. Work performed was very good. Did not leave the carpet exceptionally wet like the previous vendor I used (Stanley Steamer). I would recommend Bella.

Excellent experience. A bit pricey, but right on time, extremely professional, quality work. I would definitely hire Gary again for drapes, carpet or upholstery cleaning.

It was fine. They were here about a week ago. They added a charge and I wasn't happy about that. They should disclose up front exactly what the price was going to be. Actually it was a little less. I had 843 square, it was a little less and I didn't get any consideration on that and then they had before they even came out, as I had purchased the deal they had just $15 which they call a gas fee a gas and setup fee or something like that. They say that they charge that to all there customers. My argument is that if it's going to be $89 that's what it should be advertised at but if it's $105 then they should put that up front and so that I know I'm paying a hundred or a hundred and six dollars and not $89.

Cleaning techs were very knowledgable, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them for future carpet and grout cleaning.

The two man crew was fast, friendly, and efficient. Just one or two spots re-emerged after the carpet dried, which did take longer than I expected

Excellent job was done. There were stains on the rugs that he was able to remove. He also moved furniture as I am a senior and was unable to move some of the furniture. He was very helpful and experienced. I just purchased their services again for 2015. They do an excellent job and have a loyal customer.

Cleaner, Alex, was courteous, professional, and efficient. Removed all spots from carpet. The only thing I noticed was the carpet was slightly discolored (lightened) where I think he tried a little to hard to clean it. Please note that they add a $15 gas charge on top of the $99 Angie's List Deal, which was not clear when I bought it. You pay the $15 at the time of service.

I was very pleased that they cleaned my drapery but also that they re-hung it and steamed it in place so that it looks good.

They did a good job. The truck was very noisy, however, and did bother the neighbors. Their machine pulled up a small piece of grout, where it had recently been regrouted. We learned the new grout in a small area was of poor quality. Overall, happy with their work

1. The provider's cleaning process caused a yellow staining of the solid white fabric on my two side chairs. 2. The provider's processes to remove the yellow staining caused tears in the fabric and altered the fabric's texture from silk-like to chenille-like and did not successfully remove the yellow staining. 3. The provider filed a claim for the damage to my side chairs with his liability insurer. 4. The insurer requested 2 estimates of the cost to reupholster the chairs, which I obtained and provided. 5. The insurer stated that it could provide only 1/2 the cost of the re-upholstery because the provider told him that the original damage to the chairs was caused by the "wet" cleaning process and that I had told the provider to use the "wet" process. 6. I did not tell the provider to use any particular method of cleaning, would not have known the relative risks or benefits of any particular method of cleaning and, if asked, would have sought the advice of the provider.

Gary was so accommodating in arranging an appointment on very short notice and worked around our schedule. Alex did an excellent job cleaning the carpet! It looks new. We're very pleased!
