Arrived on time and did a good job.

They did a good job. We had to pay additional as we have more square footage.

We just had them again but I had them through groupon. We have hired them 3 times since 2013. We paid additional for scotch guard and deodorizing.

Any questions I had, I was able to ask them and they got right back to me with the answer. It went very well. They were prompt and very thorough.

It was fine. There was like a $15 extra charge. The communicated the extra cost before hand and that was not a problem but, I wasn't aware of it. The gentleman that came out was very friendly. He did a wonderful job and he was respectful.

The technician explained up front that I shouldn't expect miracles with old grout. The treatment did perk it up a bit and the floors do look better than they did before the treatment. This company does all kinds of house cleaning services including rug cleaning. They are coming back to clean an oriental rug for me.

The team at Bella was excellent! Terry and his team member are very punctual and professional. They called ahead of arrival to state that they were ahead in their schedule and would it be acceptable to start their work early. They walked the areas of cleaning to confirm with me what was to be cleaned. They were conscience of the little areas of staining due to some marker drawings on the carpet. They assured me that they would be able to remove the stains and they did just that. The carpets turned out great! The heavy traffic areas are as clean and soft as they were when the carpet was installed! The team did a great job and I would hire and recommend Terry to anyone who wants this service performed.

They did a fine job in terms of cleaning the carpets, however, they broke a piece of furniture. I had a hard time trying to get them to come out to try and assess the damage that was done. It was a bunch of spindles on a large rather expensive table that we had, and the stencils were broken. Instead of repairing it, he just ended up taking one of the spindles that wasn't broken and then he brought us a bag of spindles and just tried to drop them off. I hadn't put it yet. I still need time to figure out how to put the spindles back. The cleaning itself was good, but the follow up on the damage and the repair and how long it took. We actually had to call him back about 12 times and finally he asked us to leave one of the spindles in the mailbox so he could just get it and then after a few weeks, he came and just dropped off 11-inch spindles and there was no other conversation about who's going to put them there. I don't think we're going to use them again because of that. It wasn't the work done, it was the follow up after the damage was done. On a cleaning company or a moving company, it's to be expected that sometimes there's some sort of collateral damage. The cleaning and everything was fantastic. The guy always seemed like he was going to make good on stuff when we talked to him on the phone. He was obviously very conscientious-sounding but I think he was kind of perplexed as to what he was supposed to do. If it was my business, I would just probably be paying a carpenter to fix it. They could probably have done that. The price was good and the carpet cleaning was great. Their machine that had smashed into the side of the table wasn't an acceptable job. To this day, the table is still broken and I have this bag of spindles. If I were a carpenter, I would do it. The quality was fine until he smashed into the table. The response to the request for the repair and how he handled the repair was a total failure. They were here when they were supposed to be here, but when it came to trying to fix the spindles and how many times he said he's going to come out to check the one spindle, and the spindle has been in the mailbox for a month and a half before he finally came out.

Terry is the name of the service professional that came to our house to do the work. You know, I wouldn't normally use that title, but "service man" doesn't cut it. Terry was hard working and basically, a walking advertisement for his company. The job could not have been better. He explained things very well and the results were great. I did not realize that Bella is also a top-notch carpet cleaning company. I'm going to sign them up in the future for the $99 special carpet cleaning for 500 sq. feet. I'll pay extra for the stairs. It is refreshing to have someone who works for a company go the extra mile and has nothing but good things to say about the company. He says that the company takes care of its employees and that he and others want the repeat business and referrals, so they really care that the job is done right, because it is their reputation on the line. Very positive guy. I will definitely use this company again.

Overall I was satisfied but this was not outstanding service. The main issue is the service provider was over 2 hours late for the appointment. Originally I was told they would be there between 9-11am in the morning. By 11am I had to call the provider and ask them when they would be arriving. A call was returned within 15 minutes saying they were "in route" and would be there within "40 minutes." About 1.5 hours after that call the provider showed up. I was very disappointed with this punctuality and even more disappointed that I had to call and inquire about their whereabouts. The second issue I had is that there was clearly one gentlemen training the other gentlemen on how to perform the services. My wife was home with the kids and observed their interaction. The "trainer" was allowing the trainee to do a the work and each time my wife came in the "trainer" was on his phone and not always paying attention. There was no apology, either from the guys performing the service or the owner that they were almost 2 hours late. We had a few pillows I was going to ask them to clean but decided that given how late they were I was not going to pay anything else. I got a great deal and overall the cleaning was great. We had a few tough stains on the couch they were able to get out. I would recommend them again and might use them in the future, but will have to be a lot more on top of them regarding timeliness.

I still don't have the upholstry clean. They were very responsive. They pressured me into doing the deodorize. I would have liked them to be more thorough. Even though they used the deodorizer a couple of days later the couch ended up smelling the same. The dog had thrown up on it. I don't know how much they are able to do to fix that.

Finished sooner than expected. Floors look great. Only thing I didn't expect when I purchased the deal. Was they charged for gas and driving to my house. I didn't mind the charge. But should have included in the description of the deal. I would definitely used them again.

The service was GREAT and the staff that was sent to clean my carpets was EXCELLENT!!! Most importantly they were ON TIME!!!!

The team of Martin and Steve did a remarkable job. They arrived almost to the minute; performed their work professionally and swiftly; and left us with a really good feeling that we had found yet another good contractor--and a keeper--through Angie's List. We found that they do much more, including cleaning and restoration of oriental rugs. We will definitely employ them again.

The job went very well. I would highly recomment them. There is a additional $15 gas fee, but it worth it! The young man was very professional, detail oriented, punctual and very informative.

The vendor did a great job of cleaning the carpets in the condo and we are very pleased with the results.

We were very pleased. The young man arrived when he said he would and was very personable. We are pleased with the work.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I think he was very nice, but there was a spot where my mother's table was. He sprayed some stuff on there, but the spot did not come out. So he tried again with the same cleaner combined with another cleaner so now I've got a big spot that is like a bluish color on my rug that will be there forever. He also too will not be there. Other than that spot he was nice and efficient. He came early and was polite. He did think he was trying to solve the stain problem but if you are a carpet cleaner you ought to know you don't mix two cleaners together and you certainly don't do it in the middle of a room.

Mr. Grout was very quick to reply and set up a time for a quote. He also was glad to reschedule when I had to change the day. His quality was great and did it quickly as well. He is very busy so don't expect to use him for a job that needs to be done ASAP but otherwise he was great.

The cleaner was on time & did a great job of getting out the tough stains.
