Everything went well. Most spots were gone. As some people said, they charged you a start up fee (they mentioned it before they came but they didn't mention it on the coupon) because they kept the van running to supply power and water for their equipment. It took a little bit more than a day to dry.

Bought Big Deal. The worker was on time, very professional and commited to doing an excellent job. The tile looked nice and clean after completion. Unfortunately, the grout almost looks the same. So, my thought is this service is not for detailed deep cleaning of grout, more of an annual cleaning regiment for grout and tile that could use a better drubbing than you will do. Great employee though, a US Marine.

Two workers arrived during the planned window, introduced themselves, covered their shoes and got right to work after being shown the carpets. They worked steadily for 1-1/2 hours. The carpets all looked and smelled much better when done. One of the guys told me not to leave the two moveable rugs on our wood floors as tjey were still damp and could warp the floors, and they moved them to the driveway outside to dry. I found this intelligent and very considerate. They were careful to put small foal blocks under furniture legs on the wall to wall carpet, too. I was very pleased.

The service was not performed, as the two cloth chairs were given away instead of keeping them. I requested a refund for the service, and I am waiting on a response from the company. I would hire again ONLY if they refund my $

They were amazing. My carpets are 25 years old and they still got them to come clean. They took the time to make sure all of the marks came out.

The work, as advertised, was to clean floor tile. I mis-read the services and thought the wall tile around the tub was included. It was not, but the crew was kind enough to do it anyway. The total square footage cleaned was still well below the threshold amount of 300 s.f. for the quoted price. My only concern was that they charged a $15 "service fee" which was in addition to what I had already paid, was not advertised when I purchased the service, and had to be paid upfront before any work was initiated.

I was impressed by their concern that the grout not be disturbed by the cleaning, and the explanation to be serve not to disturb for five hours. The results were impressive, and it made the property look younger. I was glad I had it done!

The floor tile grout turned out great. It looks brand new. The only problem I had was the crew did not have the proper tool to clean the grout between the tile on the walls of the shower stall. They will return to clean that. I have used Bella to clean my carpetschedule too. Their crews are always very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Very well. Alex was friendly and professional, offered to move a couch and cleaned behind it! Got stubborn spots out of a beige rug. Wonderful job. A couple of spots still there and he offered to clean again but all of his equipment was put away so I said "next time".

Bella was fast to respond and set up a time that worked for me and performed the work in a timely and satisfactory manner. Carpet looks good.

Excellent. The communication for appointment time and arrival was well done. The cleaning crew was competent and considerate coordinating our wishes with their work. The deal was for 300 Sq Ft and we had more to do and it was completed in the same visit. Would highly recommend the company and crew.

Guys worked hard and were very helpful. They did a very nice job cleaning the carpet at a very reasonable price.

The service was okay. I didn't notice that the deal was for ceramic tile and not for stone tile. They came and cleaned the tiles, but I can't see a difference from before. I have a feeling they knew that the cleaning wouldn't really help my tiles, but did it anyway. They left a voice message the day before the scheduled cleaning saying that there would be a $15 fee in addition to the amount given in the deal. I complained and they waived the fee. I signed up for the deal because of the upfront pricing. I wasn't expecting to have to negotiate.

It went well, no complaints. Had a meeting prior to the start and explained what I wanted. They followed my instructions and took care of moving furniture as needed. I was very happy with the results!

It went very well . The technician was very professional, explaining to me why. he was cleaning a certain way, etc and how this would benefit the rugs or couch in the future. He also was personable and funny. Because this is a family owned business, the owner gave me a break on the cost, besides doing an excellent job! I definitely will use them again as I really like the personal attention I received throughout the process.

Very well done, cost us more than the initial expectation as we had more square footage and the stairs were extra but the work was done with very high quality - looked great when finished. Just what we needed before a big wedding reception party! I would use Bella again!

Gary was very easy and professional to work with. He did a very professional job with sealing and cleaning the grout. Gary was on time and left everything very very clean. Gary was also great at setting up a convenient time for the job to be done.

My carpet which is a very thick plush and over 20 years old was cleaned to a practically new condition. Best carpet cleaning I have ever had. All the wear of traffic patterns were removed which is very unusual since to get to the bedrooms upstairs you must go through the living room or dining room. They were prompt, courteous and did a good job. It's been 2 months and the carpet still looks good.

It was okay. They did a pretty good job. They asked me for $15 for traveling fee which was not on the big deal. I told them that I was going to report them to Angie's List, because it didn't show anything about a service fee, and I told him that I was going to try him because he had a good rating. He showed up on time.
