Everything was done very professionally. I liked that they took care in placing protection on the stairs and corners so their equipment didn't damage anything. I would certainly use them again.

Very well. I purchased a Big Deal for 99 dollars and ended up having to pay about 20 dollars more. I requested them come out on the day they did, they called before hand. I would recommend them to anybody. They were on time. They did a good job. They cleaned the carpets.

I found a large spot on the bottom of the cushion after they left and they charged me $15 for gas money.

I paid extra to have additional square footage cleaned, but it was reasonable. The crew was prompt--did a good job of elevating any wood furniture that would be touching wet carpet. Paid extra for deodorizer--definitely worth it!!

I cancelled this service and received a refund from Angieslist. When I called to schedule, my coupon was still good for 2 more weeks, it had not expired. The first comment I received was, "how long ago was the deal purchased?". Owner wanted to charge an extra $15 to come out to my house then told me he would do me a favor and "refund it" when I stated that this fee was not in the fine print and that it should be disclosed or the cleaning price increased to include the fee. When I asked why it wasn't stated in the fine print, I was told, "because I am telling you about it now". Owner then proceeded to try to sell me extra services sanitizing etc. for an extra fee (before even getting to my place). I explained I have asthma and don't want extra chemicals sprayed around. I decided not to use them; I have used other carpet cleaning services and the price is always straightforward in the deal. I understand the need to charge extra for high rises where equipment needs to be hauled up in an elevator.

They did an excellent job- appreciated their attention to cleaning up afterward too.

Cleaning went well. I had some furniture upholstery cleaned but didn't think it was worth the cost.

My experience was not pleasant. I was emailed multiple times to set and then confirm and reconfirm my appointment only to be asked to reschedule the week before as they were closed on my original date. I was asked to move the time slot the day before to better accommodate their route, which I obliged. The workers showed up and complained that my rooms were on different floors. They were given a work order with the wrong information by their office. They did not move all of my furniture- I had to do that myself. Carpet cleaning was not great. Then the workers tried to collect payment for gas - which I refused. I was not impressed and will not do business again.

Martin was the technician that came out to do the work and he was extremely competent and did a great job! My sofa looks so nice and clean and smells good again. I will be sure to recommend Bella to friends and family.

The service worked out well. Overall, they were good. I think they used steam. I like the fact that it was steam and they steamed my bathroom and disinfected my floors. They went above and beyond the carpet cleaning.

I was very pleased with the job. The guys were very professional and took care moving furniture. The carpeting looked great. One spot did surface after the carpeting dried. Gary was very responsive and sent a crew back to get the spot out. Great customer service!

What was cleaned was done well, the first time. But many areas (perimeter of the room and areas hard to get to) were not touched --and the difference between the cleaned and uncleaned was obvious. Also, spots (which I couldn't remove) were left in some areas -- I thought drops from the sealer. And, of course, I had to add $98 to the original $149, which I figured since I had more sq. ft. than the offer was for. Gary, the owner, did call and ask if I liked what had been done. When I told him "no," he did send out two other workers to try to make it right (free of charge). The dirty spots became clean, but now they were shiny and the rest of the floor was not. Also, the workers said the spots were not made from the first cleaning -- that they had been there before. Trust me -- they were from the first worker. And they're still on the floor.

They were almost an hour and a half early which wouldn't have been a problem except that the house cleaners were still here. They left for about 45 minutes and by the time they came back I was mostly ready for them. They were very professional and did a great job on all the areas of carpeting that were problems - not any more!! We have a dog and there were many spots of dirt in the family room. They are gone! The places of dirtiness in the living room are gone!! I love it!!

Went very well. On time and very professional work

The company arrived on time and worked efficiently. The cleaning of the tile and grout was very good --- although there were some residues on the grout in some cases that would not come up. The cleaning of the upholstered furniture was also very good.

The technicians, Alex C. and Steve, were prompt, very efficient in setting up and appear to have done a thorough job. They explained the cleaning process and gave us good information about letting the carpet dry adequately.

They were on time, did a professional job and even returned to follow up to clean an additional section section. They were very courteous.

The crew was extremely professional and efficient. However I ended up spending three times as much as expected, I ended up adding a chair and a love seat.
