Foyer tile looks good but was disappointed with results in kitchen. Kitchen looked good initially but after it dried, several areas of the grout remain discolored. I expected/wanted a better result. Also, the technician left in the middle of the job without telling me he was leaving. When he came back he told me he had run out of sealer and had to go to home depot to get more. This added significant amount of time to completion of the job. 396 square feet took over two hours.

Very professional and my carpet looked great and still does. Would definitely hire them again and recommend them as well.

They did an excellent job! My carpet looked brand new! I’ve used other companies and the turn out was not as good as what bella’s was. The gentleman that cleaned my carpets was very nice as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

The price was good because it was one of the specials through Angie's List. It took them a couple of hours. I did have some concerns about it. I did call the guy back; because after they cleaned the grout some spots looked like they were still dark and I did take some cellphone pictures of it, and his suggestion was to give it a couple of days. After a couple of days, it did lighten up, so that was resolved. It just took a little longer for the grout to dry, and it lightened up quite a bit. The workers were very professional. They cleaned up very well. There is nothing I can think of that stands out or they need to improve on.

The technicians did a nice job. Our couches are a cream color and we have 3 kids...they looked close to new once the techs were done with the cleaning and couches were dry. Drying does take a while, make sure to plan for that. Service was performed in an efficient manner. I looked over both couches and the techs gladly took care of all areas of concern and made sure I was happy before they left. We purchased a deal ($99) but had additional linear footage and loose back cushions.

House looks great. They are so nice and pleasant. Dog friendly, also.

They were very good. He came in and did a nice job. He was in and out fast. I was pleased with the work. I have two cats and hair everywhere.

The 2 man crew showed up on time and they worked very **** ** both pieces. The sofa in my family room was left with significant "lines" from the tools they used on the tone-on-tone textured stripe fabric. I thought these would come out after drying but they did not. I spoke to Gary who sent someone out to "re-groom" the sofa and cushions and it has since dried beautifully. I also questioned if the scotch guarding was performed on the sofa; I had tested it by placing a drop of water on it and it didn't bead up. Gary assured me it was done and explained that the newer products work differently than the scotch guard in the can. Gary ordered a second application of scotch guarding and I appreciated this goodwill gesture. The only problem I have is that the sectional still has an overpowering odor of perspiration and I noticed on their brochure that they don't do any deodorizing, so currently I am using a furniture deodorizer and hoping for the best.

Went well and floors were cleaned pretty well after pointing out some additional spots that needed attention. Received a call the day before stating a conflict would require a reschedule. Due to my work schedule I did not get the message until after 5pm. I called back to indicate that I'd taken the day off for the work to be performed and needed them to come on that date. I wasn't sure whether they would or not but later got a text stating they would be there. The crew showed up on time.

it went well. A 20-year old velvet-covered bench that had been cleaned before and still remained stained now looks like new.

They measured the furnitured and it was more than what was stipulated in the offering. They also called on the day about 1 hour before to advise me that there was an additional payment to be made before they arrived that was not included in the special that was offered on Angies list. If i knew that i would not have purchased on Angies list as this eliminated the discount of using Angies list.

They did a very good job. The technician was very good. He took his time and did a thorough job. We were satisfied with the cleaning of the carpet. It was a good price.

A wet method of cleaning was used and they did not perform a test on an inconspicuous area first. He came back to try to "fix" it and it did not change.

Everything went smoothly and rather quickly. After the men left I noticed that they had cleaned a small throw rug in the hallway for free.

I liked them they were pretty good it was like $99 or $89 for 500 sq feet. They cleaned the living room, dining room and part of hallway. But we have actually have since then ripped up the carpet since its a lot hard maintenance to keep up with white carpet. They were timely, I would still give them an A but I saw on the website that they charge a 15 fee after you already paid no matter how much it is. It would be nice if it were included or if it said $15 or $25 more I cant remember what it was. The only reason why I wouldn't give them an A is because carpets were cleaner you could really see the difference. The only spot I guess they really didn't touch was near the entrance. I don't know if that's where they had their equipment or that's were standing to do all the work, that was the only spot that I don't know wasn't clean at or cleaned thoroughly. But the other rest of the rooms were clean.

The technician was efficient and accommodating and did an excellent job.

They were quick, cleaned the carpet very well, and had a decent deal on scotch-guard which we also did. One person came to perform the service. The worker was an "A".

Before I purchased this offer I called the service provider to ask if they would honor the offer to clean 500 feet of area rugs instead of carpeting since this was purchased as a gift for my son and daughetr-in-law and they have hard wood floors. They responded that they would and I purchased the offer for my son and daughter-in-law. When the technician came to their home they indicated that they would have to remove the area rugs and take them to their factory since they could not guarantee that the wood floors would not be damaged due to moisture. This fact was not mentioned at the time I spoke to the service provider before purchase. The technician and my daughter-in-law agreed to clean two chairs and an ottoman but no more than 10 linear feet in lieu of the carpet cleaning. My daughter-in-law explained to me that she felt like she had no choice since she was not prepared to have all her area rugs removed form the house and it came as a complete surprise. I spoke to the owner twice and he explained the problem with cleaning area rugs and placing them on hardwood and that 10 linear feet was an equitable trade off for the 500 feet of carpet cleaning. I am asking for a full refund of the purchase price since I did not receive the benefit of this offer and I and my daughter-in-law believe that the service provider's offer of 10 linear feet of upholstery cleaning is not an equitable exchage for 500 feet of carpet cleaning. I never would have purchased this offer if I knew the circumstances of the cleaning. The owner kept mentioning wall to wall carpeting but the offer only indicates carpet cleaning. Thank you
